Abstract

Tesis ini membahas analisis kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Kristen pemuda di sinode Gereja Kristen Maranatha Indonesia menurut teori Tyler. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran kurikulum PAK pemuda di sinode GKMI dan bagaimana analisis kurikulum PAK pemuda di sinode GKMI menurut teori Tyler. Penelitian ini dilakukan di tiga tempat yaitu: 1) Kantor sinode Gereja Kristen Maranatha Indonesia di Sulawesi Utara, 2) Gereja Kristen Maranatha Indonesia Pusat Langowan di Sulawesi Utara, 3) Gereja Kristen Maranatha Indonesia Narwastu di Bekasi Jawa Barat pada bulan Mei Tahun 2022. Adapun jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 17 orang. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan instrumen penelitian menggunakan pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi dan data dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu teknik deskriptif analisis dengan mendeskripsikan data penelitian yang diambil melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumen alam bentuk kalimat deskripsi. Hasil temuan yang penulis dapatkan dalam penelitian ini memberikan bukti bahwa selama ini sinode Gereja Kristen Maranatha Indonesia belum memiliki kurikulum pembinaan pemuda yang tertulis secara baku, komitmen usia pemuda yang tidak konsisten dalam bidang BIPRA dan analisis kurikulum PAK pemuda di sinode GKMI yang belum sesuai dengan teori Tyler karena belum dapat menjawab empat pertanyaan teori Tyler. Melalui hasil temuan ini penulis dapat mengambil kesimpulan bahwa pembinaan pemuda di sinode GKMI belum dilaksanakan secara maksimal karena belum disusun sebuah kurikulum pembinaan pemuda sebagai acuan dalam proses pembinaan untuk meningkatkan kerohanian pemuda di sinode GKMI dan adanya inkonsistensi pelayanan bidang BIPRA karena ketidaksesuaian usia pemuda dalam pelayanan pemuda di sinode GKMI yang menjadi salah satu penyebab pembinaan pemuda yang tidak maksimal. Kata Kunci: Kurikulum, Pendidikan Agama Kristen, Pemuda, Teori Tyler./ This thesis discusses the analysis of the youth Christian Religious Education curriculum at the Indonesian Maranatha Christian Church according to Tyler’s theory. This research aims to get an overview of the youth Christian Religious Education curriculum at the Indonesian Maranatha Christian Church and how to analyze the youth Christian Religious Education curriculum at the Indonesian Maranatha Christian Church according to the Tyler’s theory. This research was conducted in 3 places: 1) Maranatha Christian Church headquarters at North Sulawesi, 2) Indonesian Maranatha Christian Church Langowan Center at North Sulawesi, and 3) Indonesian Maranatha Christian Church Narwastu at Bekasi West Java, in May 2022. The number of respondents in this study amounted to 17 peoples. In this research, the writer uses descriptive qualitative research instrument using interview guide, observation guide and documentation data. In this study, the author uses a qualitative descriptive research technique with research methods, using interview guidelines, observation guidelines and documentary data. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive analysis technique by describing research data taken through interviews, observation and documents in the form of descriptive sentences. The finding that authors obtained in this study prove that so far Indonesian Maranatha Christian Church not yet have a standard written youth development curriculum, inconsistent youth age commitments in the BIPRA field an analysis of the youth Christian Religious Education curriculum at the Indonesian Maranatha Christian Church that is not in accordance with Tyler’s theory because it has not been able to answer four questions Tyler’s theory. Through these findings, the author can conclude that youth development at the Indonesian Maranatha Christian Church has not been carried out optimally because a youth development curriculum has not been compiled which is a reference in the coaching process to improve the spirituality of the youth of the Indonesian Maranatha Christian Church GKMI and there are inconsistencies in BIPRA services due to age incompatibility in youth services at GKMI which causes youth development not to be optimal.
