Abstract

Setiap perusahaan manufaktur yang menghasilkan suatu produk tentunya tidak mengharapkan hasil dari proses produksinya mengalami kecacatan atau kegagalan. Demikian juga dengan PT. X yang selalu berusaha agar produk yang dihasilkan berkualitas baik. Karena apabila produk yang dihasilkan cacat atau gagal dapat menyebabkan perusahaan menjadi tidak suistanable. Maka dari itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi besaran risiko-risiko yang dapat menyebabkan produk cacat serta menentukan mitigasi atas risiko produk cacat. Metode pengumpulan data dilaksanakan melalui survei kepada para karyawan menggunakan kuisioner dan proses wawancara. Dalam menentukan informan, melibatkan 10 karyawan yaitu operator, programmar, kepala produksi, engineering dan general manager. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa KTD yang memiliki risiko tertinggi dalam produk cacat adalah KTD kelalaian dalam bekerja dan KTD mesin rusak. Dalam hal ini yang dimaksud KTD kelalaian dalam bekerja adalah engineering lalai atau tidak teliti dalam membuat drawing. Risiko-risiko tersebut masuk kedalam kategori Unacceptable. Risiko-risiko tersebut wajib segera diatasi sebagai upaya untuk mengurangi risiko yang dihadapi secara berkelanjutan di dalam perusahaan. Kata kunci : Produk Cacat, Risiko, PT. X./ Every manufacturing company that produces a product certainly does not expect the results of the production process to experience defects or failures. Likewise with PT. X who always strives for good quality products. Because if the product is defective or fails, it can cause the company to become unsustainable. Therefore, this research was conducted to identify the magnitude of the risks that can cause defective products and determine the mitigation of the risk of defective products. The data collection method was carried out through a survey of employees using a questionnaire and an interview process. In determining the informants, 10 employees were involved, namely operators, programmers, heads of production, engineering and general managers. The results showed that the KTD that had the highest risk of defective products was KTD for negligence at work and KTD for damaged machines. In this case, what is meant by negligence in working is engineering negligence or not being careful in making drawings. These risks fall into the Unacceptable category. These risks must be addressed immediately in an effort to reduce the risks faced in a sustainable manner within the company. Keywords: Defective Products, Risk, PT. X
