Abstract

Nama : Leonardo Dekaprio Reta Program Studi : Perbankan dan Keuangan Judul : Analisis Strategi Digitalisasi Jasa Perbankan Perbankan dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Layanan dengan Menggunakan SWOT Analysis di PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Pusat Jakarta Pusat. Pembimbing : Ir. Yusuf Rombe M. Allo, M.Psi Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi yang saat ini semakin pesat perkembangannya di masyarakat, mengakibatkan perubahan dalam pola hidup masyarakat yang mulai meninggalkan pola konvensional/tradisional ke arah pola yang modern/digital. Perusahaan Financial Technology yang mulai banyak bermunculan dengan menawarkan kemudahan dalam kegiatan keuangan dapat menjadi ancaman bagi perbankan. Dunia perbankan harus terus melakukan inovasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanannya untuk dapat bersaing dan juga menjawab kebutuhan masyarakat yang semakin digital. Digitalisasi jasa perbankan merupakan salah satu strategi yang dapat menjawab permasalahan yang terjadi dalam hal peningkatan kualitas layanan perbankan. Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan di PT. Bank Negara Indonesia kantor pusat Jakarta Pusat untuk dapat mengetahui bagaimana implementasi digital jasa perbankan dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Terlihat dari laporan tahunan dan wawancara internal, Bank Negara Indonesia telah mencapai target kinerja yang cukup baik dalam hal pemenuhan kebutuhan digital nasabahnya. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT yang digunakan penulis, terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi dalam implementasi strategi digitalisasi jasa perbankan seperti legacy sistem IT, budaya kerja yang belum ke arah digital dan koordinasi yang kurang baik antar divisi yang menangani digitalisasi yang ada di BNI. Beberapa hal tersebut perlu diperhatikan lebih serius guna mencapai visi dan misi PT. Bank Negara Indonesia. Allo, M.Psi The development of Information Technology, which is currently developing rapidly in society, has resulted in changes in the pattern of people's lives that have begun to leave conventional / traditional patterns towards modern / digital patterns. Financial Technology companies that have started to emerge by offering convenience in financial activities can pose a threat to banks. The banking world must continue to innovate in improving the quality of its services to be able to compete and also answer the increasingly digital needs of society. The digitization of banking services is one strategy that can answer problems that occur in terms of improving the quality of banking services. In research conducted at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia head office in Central Jakarta to be able to find out how the digital implementation of banking services in improving service quality. As can be seen from the annual reports and internal interviews, Bank Negara Indonesia has achieved a fairly good performance target in meeting the digital needs of its customers. Based on the SWOT analysis used by the author, there are several obstacles faced in implementing the digitalization strategy of banking services such as legacy IT systems, a work culture that has not gone digital and poor coordination between divisions that handle digitization at BNI. Some of these things need to be considered more seriously in order to achieve the vision and mission of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia.
