Abstract

Prostitusi khususnya Prostitusi Anak Dibawah Umur dimasa sekarang ini sangat memprihatinkan, dimana banyaknya kasus kasus mengenai eksploitasi anak bai katas kemauan anak itu sendiri untuk melakukannya maupun tanpa sadar demi mendapatkan apa yang ia mau dan bahkan juga untuk pemenuhan dirinya sendiri. Di zaman modern sekarang ini mamang banyak hal rela dilakuan demi pemenuhan kebutuhan dirinya ,segala seseuatu dan siapaun tidak pandang dari strata ekonomi manapun. Namun salahsatu faktornya adalah ekonomi yang memaksa para anak anak melakuakan hal yang diluar kemampuannya dan juga hilangnya pengawasan dari orang tua . sehingga karna hal tersebut bukan tidak mungkin anak anak sekarang menjual dirinya melalui Prostitusi Online demi memenuhi kebutuhannya. Namun siring dengan perkembangan zaman, factor utama pendorong anak anak menjadi PSK bukan hanya tentang kemiskinan saja tapi melaikan tuntutan gaya hidup mewah dan pengaruh dari kemajuan teknologi yang disalah gunakan untuk prostitusi online khusunya media sosial mi chat .berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakauakan maka ada beberapa factor yang sangat mempengaruhi anak menjadi PSK .adapun factor factor tersebut meliputi internal dan eksternal. Dan juga upaya hukum dari kepolisian untuk menanggulagi prostitusi online khusunya anak dibawah umur. Upaya penegakan Hukum dan Penghambat kepolisian dalam menanggulangi kasus kasus mengenai prostitusi online anak dibawah umur yang sedang marak terjadi khusunya untuk daerah Tanjung Priok Jakarta Utara . Kata Kunci : prostitusi online anak dibawah umur./ Prostitution, especially the prostitution of minors nowadays is very worrying, where there are many cases of exploitation of children, either because of the child's own will to do it or unconsciously to get what he wants and even for his own fulfillment. In today's modern era, there are many things that are willing to be done for the sake of fulfilling their needs, everything and anyone regardless of any economic strata. However, one of the factors is the economy that forces children to do things beyond their capabilities and also the loss of parental supervision. so because of this it is not impossible that children are now selling themselves through online prostitution to meet their needs However, along with the times, the main factor driving children to become prostitutes is not only about poverty but also the demands for a luxurious lifestyle and the influence of technological advances that are misused for online prostitution, especially social media such as chat. greatly affect children to become prostitutes. As for these factors include internal and external. And also legal efforts from the police to tackle online prostitution, especially minors. Law enforcement efforts and police inhibitions in tackling cases regarding online prostitution of minors are currently rife, especially in the Tanjung Priok area of North Jakarta.
