Abstract

Adanya pengeluaran kebijakan dari Pemerintah RI tentang fasilitas bebas visa kunjungan bagi warga negara asing yang melakukan kunjungan ke Indonesia. Peraturan ini berlaku untuk 169 negara di dunia. Jadi warga negara-negara yang tercantum itu tidak perlu membawa visa untuk berkunjung ke Indonesia. Tujuan dari dibuatnya peraturan ini adalah agar dapat meningkatkan pendapatan negara dari sektor pariwisata. Namun kebijakan ini tidak luput dengan adanya dampak negatif yang berpengaruh besar bagi Indonesia yaitu untuk bekerja. Pemerintah melakukan tindakan tindakan dalam menangani penyalahgunaan bebas visa ini. Kendati demikian, penelitian ini akan menganalisis dampak negatif dari penyalahgunaan bebas visa kunjungan dengan metode triangulasi data, kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif./ There is a policy issuance from the Government of Indonesia regarding visa-free facilities for foreign nationals visiting Indonesia. This regulation applies to 169 countries in the world. So citizens of the countries listed do not need to bring a visa to visit Indonesia. The purpose of this regulation is to increase state revenue from the tourism sector. However, this policy does not escape the negative impact that has a major impact on Indonesia, namely to work. The government is taking action to deal with this visa-free abuse. However, this study will analyze the negative impact of abuse of visa-free visits by using data triangulation, qualitative and descriptive analysis methods
