Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh jawaban tentang pengaruh pembelajaran budaya humanis dan Pendidikan Agama Kristen terhadap perilaku siswa milenial di SMA Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi Cengkareng. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti ingin mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh dari penerapan nilai-nilai budaya humanis dan Pendidikan Agama Kristen terhadap perilaku siswa milenial. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswa SMA Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi Cengkareng dan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 98 orang. Metode pengujian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumi, analisis regresi berganda, uji t, uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi yakni peneliti menggunakan program SPSS versi 26.00. Dalam penelitian ini, hasil pengujian hipotesis 1 dan 2 menggunakan uji t (parsial) menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai budaya humanis (X1) dan nilai-nilai PAK secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku siswa milenial (Y) di SMA Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi Cengkareng. Hasil pengujian hipotesis 3 menggunakan uji F (simultan) menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai budaya humanis (X1) dan nilai- nilai PAK secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku siswa milenial (Y) di SMA Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi Cengkareng. Dan dari hasil pengujian koefisien deteminasi juga diperoleh nilainya sebesar 0,551. Jadi sumbangan pengaruh nilai-nilai budaya humanis (X1) dan nilai-nilai PAK (X2) terhadap perilaku siswa milenial (Y) di SMA Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi Cengkareng adalah sebesar 55,1%, sedangkan sisanya (100% - 55,1%=44,9%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. In this study, the researcher wanted to find out whether there was an influence from the application of humanist cultural values and Christian religious education on the behavior of millennial students. The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study were students of Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi Cengkareng High School and the number of samples in the study was 98 people.
