Abstract

Global warming berdampak pada perubahan iklim, salah satu faktornya yaitu bangunan dan industri konstruksi, yang menghasilkan potensi karbon lebih dari 40%. Green building merupakan solusi dalam mengurangi dampak pemanasan global, mendukung pembangunan rendah karbon dan penerapan prinsip lingkungan pada setiap tahapan pembangunan sampai dengan pengelolaan. Tujuan penelitan mengetahui pencapaian penerapan Aspek Approriate Site Development (Tepat Guna Lahan) menggunakan tolok ukur Greenship pada Rumah Susun Sederhana Daan Mogot dengan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, pengumpulan data antara lain observasi, wawancara dan data sekunder. Hasil analisa kondisi eksisting ditemukan beberapa tolok ukur yang perlu mendapatkan perbaikan dalam bentuk penerapan/pengaplikasian Aspek Appropriate Site Develompment pada pengelolaan site dan bangunan rumah susun, berupa penyediaan halte atau Stasiun transportasi umum dengan usulan bentuk yang konteks secara visual dengan façade bangunan hijau, penyediaan jalur pedestrian yang aman dan nyaman di dalam area gedung menuju halte transportasi umum, penyediaan fasilitas pengguna sepeda berupa penempatan rak sepeda dan ruang shower pengguna sepeda, penyediaan area lansekap di atas permukaan tanah dalam bentuk pengaplikasian wall garden (fasade dan pagar bangunan), penerapan konsep desain biophilic pada area taman, penyediaan sarana urban farming berupa green house (vertikultur) dan aquaponik sebagai sarana edukasi, pemberdayaan usaha penghuni rumah susun, penyediaan green roof dengan pengaplikasian vegestasi sebesar 50% dari luas atap/konsep semi roof garden, dan penyediaan area utama pejalan kaki untuk menghubungkan antar gedung dengan konsep pengaplikasian pergola dengan vegestasi jenis tanaman rambat produktif yang berfungsi untuk menghalangi radiasi matahari. Kata Kunci : Pemanasan Global, Appropriate Site Development, Greenship./ Global warming has an impact on climate change, one of the factors is the building and construction industry, which produces carbon potential of more than 40%. Green building is a solution in reducing the impact of global warming, supporting low carbon development and applying environmental principles at every stage of development up to management. The research objective was to determine the achievement of the application of Approriate Site Development Aspects (Appropriate to Land Use) using the Greenship benchmark in the Daan Mogot Simple Flats with qualitative descriptive research methods, data collection including observation, interviews and secondary data. The results of the analysis of existing conditions found several benchmarks that need to be improved in the form of application / application of Appropriate Site Development Aspects in site management and apartment buildings, in the form of providing bus stops or public transportation stations with proposed forms that are visually contextual with green building façades, provision of routes safe and comfortable pedestrians in the building area leading to public transportation stops, provision of bicycle user facilities in the form of bicycle racks and shower rooms for bicycle users, provision of landscaping areas above ground level in the form of wall garden applications (facades and building fences), application of design concepts biophilics in the garden area, providing urban farming facilities in the form of green houses (verticulture) and aquaponics as educational facilities, empowering the business of apartment residents, providing green roofs with the application of vegestation of 50% of the roof area / semi roof garden concept, and providing main areas of walking to connect between buildings with the concept of applying a pergola with productive vines that function to block solar radiation.
