Typical symptoms of pain and paresthesias in areas innervated by the median nerve are the ventral palmar area, thumb, index finger, middle finger and half of the ring finger. The incidence of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome according to the International Labor Organization10 among musculoskeletal disorders reaches 59%. The prevalence rate in Indonesia is unknown, however, the incidence rate can be seen based on research related to Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Respondents filled out a questionnaire consisting of 36 questions. Data analysis used a univariate test. Results: of the 42 people who were sampled, 26 of them had symptoms of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome with risk factors for awkward postures shared by all respondents, risk factors for working hours duration > 10 hours/day in 5 respondents, risk factors based on years of service > 5 years were 8 respondents. , and the risk factors for stretching activities were 20 respondents who did, 1 respondent with a comorbid disease, namely diabetes. Conclusion: Incidence of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in Data Staff at PT. The Family Venture Business Partner of the South Bekasi Branch is quite high with the dominant risk factor owned by the respondent, namely an awkward posture. The level of distribution of risk factors based on the duration of working hours, BMI, years of service and comorbid diseases that are not dominant is thought to be due to an unequal distribution.
