Abstract

Dari total 490 museum yang ada di Indonesia hanya 25 persen yang terdaftar dan hanya 15 persen yang masih berfungsi aktif. Ratusan museum tidak dapat hidup karena berbagai persoalan. Di provinsi DKI Jakarta sendiri ada kurang lebih 61 museum yang tersebar di enam Kota Administrasi. Di antara sekian banyak museum tersebut hanya sedikit yang ramai dikunjungi wisatawan, terutama di Kawasan Kota Tua Jakarta, sekitar Monumen Nasional, dan Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. Museum-museum di Indonesia, khususnya Jakarta, masih kurang mendapat perhatian baik dari pemerintah maupun masyarakat. Kondisi pandemi seperti ini juga memperparah rendahnya angka kunjungan wisatawan ke museum disamping karena faktor rendahnya minat masyarakat. Penelitian ini dapat dikategorikan ke dalam penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan menggunakan instrument penelitian berupa kuesioner dan aplikasi SPSS 25.0 sebagai perangkat pengolah data. Penelitian kali ini mengambil Museum Taman Prasasti sebagai objeknya, dengan populasi pengunjung museum selama bulan Desember 2020 sampai Januari 2021. Sampel diambil menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 160 responden. Uji validitas dilakukan dengan metode Pearson’s product moment, uji reliabilitas dilakukan dengan metode Guttman’s split-half, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan metode korelasi rank Spearman. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa: (1) produk memiliki hubungan signifikan dan positif terhadap minat berkunjung kembali sebesar 0.689; (2) harga memiliki hubungan signifikan dan positif terhadap minat berkunjung kembali sebesar 0.290; (3) lokasi memiliki hubungan signifikan dan positif terhadap minat berkunjung kembali sebesar 0.421; (4) promosi memiliki hubungan signifikan dan positif terhadap minat berkunjung kembali sebesar 0.571; (5) orang memiliki hubungan signifikan dan positif terhadap minat berkunjung kembali sebesar 0.349; (6) proses memiliki hubungan signifikan dan positif terhadap minat berkunjung kembali sebesar 0.359; (7) bukti fisik memiliki hubungan signifikan dan positif terhadap minat berkunjung kembali sebesar 0.480. Hundreds of museums cannot exist due to various problems. In the province of DKI Jakarta, there are approximately 61 museums spread across six Administrative Cities. Among the many museums, only a few are crowded with tourists, especially in the Kota Tua Jakarta area, around the National Monument, and Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. Museums in Indonesia, especially Jakarta, still receive less concern from both the government and the society. Pandemic conditions like this also exacerbate the low number of tourist visits to museums in addition to the low public interest. This research can be categorized into descriptive quantitative research and using a questionnaire and the SPSS 25.0 application as a data processing tool. This research takes the Taman Prasasti Museum as its object, with a population of visitors to the museum from December 2020 to January 2021. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling method of 160 respondents. The validity test was conducted using the Pearson's product moment method, the reliability test was carried out by the Guttman's split-half method, and the hypothesis testing used the Spearman rank correlation method. This study resulted in the findings that: (1) the product had a significant and positive effect on the interest in returning to visit by 0.689; (2) price has a significant and positive effect on interest in returning to visit amounting to 0.290; (3) location has a significant and positive effect on interest in returning to visit amounting to 0.421; (4) promotion has a significant and positive effect on interest in returning to visit amounting to 0.571; (5) people have a significant and positive influence on the interest to visit again at 0.349; (6) the process had a significant and positive effect on the interest in returning to visit amounting to 0.359; (7) physical evidence has a positive and significant effect on interest in returning to visit by 0.480.
