Kata Kunci : Tanggung Jawab Sosial , CSR ,Stakeholders Ringkasan Isi: Pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibility dari sistem hukum Indonesia beberapa peraturan perundang-undangan ini menarik untuk diteliti. Terdapat ada beberapa permasalahan hukum dalam beberapa undang-undang dan peraturan pemerintah atau peraturan menteri terkait tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan. Timbul rumusan permasalahan bagaimana pengaturan tentang Corporate Social Responsibility dalam sistem hukum Indonesia dan akibat hukum terhadap perseroan terbatas yang tidak menerapkan Corporate Social Responsibility itu sendiri teori-teori yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini, adalah Teori Stakeholders, Teori Tanggung Jawab, dan Teori Legimitasi (Legitimacy Theory) Corporate Social Responsibility bagi perusahaan dan negara yang memiliki strategi khusus untuk menghadapi masalah – masalah yang akan dihadapi perusahaan dalam akibat hukum jika perseroan yang tidak melakukan Corporate Social Responsibility dalam sistem hukum Indonesia perlunya Kerjasama antara para Stakeholders untuk keberlanjutan usaha (Sustainbility)./ The implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility of the Indonesian legal system is interesting to examine several of these laws and regulations. There are several legal issues in several laws and government regulations or ministerial regulations related to corporate social responsibility. The formulation of the problem arises how the regulation of Corporate Social Responsibility in the Indonesian legal system and the legal consequences for a limited liability company that does not apply Corporate Social Responsibility itself, the theories used in this research are the Theory of Responsibility, Theory of Stakeholders and The Theory of Legimitation (Legitimacy Theory). Corporate Social Responsibility for companies and countries that have specific strategies to deal with problems that will be faced by companies in legal consequences if companies that do not carry out Corporate Social Responsibility in the Indonesian legal system need collaboration between stakeholders for business sustainability (Sustainability).
