Abstract

Terdapat banyak laporan yang menunjukkan bahwa COVID-19 berdampak pada perubahan fungsi neurologi penderita COVID-19. Menganalisis mengenai gejala terkait neurologis yang muncul pada pasien COVID-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian sekunder yang termasuk dalam jenis literature review, penelitian menggunakan 10 literatur yang dipublikasi pada periode tahun 2019 hingga tahun 2022, literatur mengenai gejala neurologis pada COVID-19, dan literatur berupa hasil penelitian dengan metode kohort. Gejala neurologis yang sangat sering muncul pada pasien COVID-19 yaitu nyeri kepala, pusing, stroke, anosmia, dysgeusia, dan kejang. Gejala neurologis yang kadang ditemukan pasien COVID-19 yaitu myalgia, gangguan gerak, perubahan status mental, ensefalopati, penurunan kesadaran, dan plegia dan atau paresis. Gejala neurologis yang jarang terjadi pada pasien COVID-19 yaitu disautonomia, kesemutan, sindrom sistem saraf pusat, meningitis, afasia, penglihatan buram, rabdomiolisis, neuropati, gangguan tidur, ensefalitis, trombosis vena cerebral, meningoensefalitis, perdarahan intraserebral, hipotensi ortostatik, ketidakseimbangan postural, abnormalitas tonus otot, mielopati, gangguan ingatan, somnolen, koma, dan kecemasan. Kata kunci: gejala, neurologi, COVID-19, SARS-CoV-2 / Many reports are showing that COVID-19 has an impact on changes in the neurological function of patients with COVID-19. To analyze the neurologicalrelated symptoms that appear in COVID-19 patients. The research method used is secondary research which is included in the type of literature review, research using 10 literature published in the period 2019 to 2022, literature on neurological symptoms in COVID-19, and literature in the form of research results using the cohort method. The most common neurological symptoms in COVID-19 patients were headache, dizziness, stroke, anosmia, dysgeusia, and seizures. Neurological symptoms that are sometimes found in COVID-19 patients are myalgia, movement disorders, changes in mental status, encephalopathy, decreased consciousness, and plegia and/or paresis. Neurological symptoms that are rare in COVID-19 patients include dysautonomia, tingling, central nervous system syndrome, meningitis, aphasia, blurred vision, rhabdomyolysis, neuropathy, sleep disturbances, encephalitis, cerebral venous thrombosis, meningoencephalitis, intracerebral hemorrhage, orthostatic hypotension, postural imbalance, abnormalities of muscle tone, myelopathy, memory impairment, somnolence, coma, and anxiety.
