Abstract

Darminto Dongoran, Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Sekolah dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SD Sawasta Angkasa 9 Halim Perdana Kusuma Kota Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Sekolah dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SD Sawasta Angkasa 9 Halim Perdana Kusuma Kota Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2019-2020. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru di SD Swasta Angkasa 9 Halim Perdana Kusuma Kota Jakarta Timur yang berjumlah 33 guru dengan menggunakan teknik simple saturation. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan data kuisioner untuk memperoleh data yang berjumlah 30 pernyataan untuk setiap variabel . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi sekolah dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru di SD Swasta Angkasa 9 Kota Jakarta Timur. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik didapatkan hasil uji regresi pengaruh budaya organisasi sekolah terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 2,956, kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 2,329 serta budaya organisasi sekolah dan kompensasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 33,923. Hasil dari uji koefisien determinasi didapatkan kontribusi pengaruh budaya organisasi sekolah dan kompensasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru yaitu sebesar 69,3% dan sisanya 30,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya yang tidak diteliti. Maka hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa budaya organisasi sekolah dan kompensasi secara simultan atau bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. This study is aimed to know the effect of school’s compensation and organization culture toward teachers’ performance at Sawasta Angkasa 9 Halim Perdana Kusuma Elementary School, East Jakarta. The investigation was undergone in even semester of academic year 2019-2020. The population in this study is 33 teachers at Sawasta Angkasa 9 Halim Perdana Kusuma Elementary School, East Jakarta by using simple saturation strategy. The methodology used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The researcher used the data of questionnaire consisting of 30 questions in each variable to find the result. The result of the study showed that there were positive and significant results between school’s organization culture and compensation toward teachers’ performance in Angkasa 9 East Jakarta private elementary school. Based on the results of statistical tests, it was found that the test result of the effect of school organizational culture on teacher performance was 2.956, the compensation towards teachers’ performance was 2.329, the culture of school’s organization and compensation towards teacher’s performance was 2.329, and the culture of school organization and the compensation towards teacher performance was 33.923. The results of the coefficient of determination test showed that the contribution of school organizational culture effect and compensation on teacher performance was 69.3% and the rest was affected by other factors not examined. So the results of the analysis showed that the school organizational culture and compensation simultaneously had a positive and significant influence on teacher performance.
