Abstract

Lady, 52 years old, referred due to sudden decreased of vision. She underwent nephrectomy 2 days before refer to Department of Ophthalmology. On examination right eye visual acuity 1/60, left eye 20/70 ascertain with Marcus Gunn pupil reflex. Electroretinography examination revealed retrobulber optic nerve disorder, which diagnosed as neuritis. She has medication methylprednisolone injection, followed by oral. On the last examination right eye visual acuity 4/60, left eye 20/30 with S +0,50, and no more inflammation.
