Abstract
Alopesia areata is a hair loss or losing hair from the sikn that in normal condition is hairy. There is many cause of alopseia areata from inside the individual is genetic (down syndrome, HLA22), acute and chronic disease; (anemia pernisiosa, addison disease, infection),hormonal; (Male pattern baldness/MPB), imunologic; (ceboroic dermatitis, hasimoto thyroiditis), endocrine; (hyperthyroid and hypothyroid, congenital; (pseudopalade from Brocq), psycologic. And from outside are climate and environment ( uv, humid, pollution), mechanic factor; (hair style), chemical factor ( alkalic shampoo and hair modification for hair style).
