Abstract

Pada kebanyakan rusunami yang sudah terbangun di DKI Jakarta, desain fasadnya menunjukkan kesamaan antar berbagai orientasi. Fasad unit yang menghadap ke barat memiliki desain yang sama dengan fasad unit yang menghadap ke timur, utara maupun selatan. Kesamaan tersebut terlihat pada desainnya, bukaan/jendela dan materialnya. Kondisi ini memunculkan pertanyaan mengenai kinerja termal dari desain fasad setiap orientasi tersebut. Masing-masing orientasi memiliki faktor radiasi matahari yang berbeda, dan akan berimplikasi pada perbedaan energi fasad yang juga berbeda, yang pada akhirnya akan menghasilkan intensitas konsumsi energi masing-masing unit hunian berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi intensitas perbedaan energi fasad pada setiap orientasi, dan untuk mencari cara yang bisa diterapkan agar energi fasad setiap orientasi relatif sama, sehingga konsumsi energi masing-masing orientasi unit juga relatif sama. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengaplikasikan perhitungan OTTV pada fasad unit hunian dan mensimulasikan intensitas konsumsi energi (EUI) sebelum dan sesudah perbaikan desain terhadap fasad setiap orientasi dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Sefaira yang berbasis EnergyPlus 8.5.0. Pada beberapa opsi perlakuan desain pasif yang diterapkan pada masing-masing fasad bisa dicapai efisiensi EUI sebesar 5,7–12,4 %, dengan setiap orientasi unit memiliki intensitas konsumsi energi (EUI) yang relatif sama. Kata kunci: fasad, simulasi, energi, rusunami./In most of the rusunami that have been built in DKI Jakarta, the facade design shows similarities between various orientations. The facades of units facing west are designed in the same way as the facades of units facing east, north, and south. The similarities can be seen in the design, openings/windows, and materials. This condition raises questions regarding the thermal performance of the facade design of each of these orientations. Each orientation has a different solar radiation factor and will have implications for different facade energy differences, which in turn will result in a different intensity of energy consumption for each residential unit. This study aims to identify the intensity of the energy difference of the facade in each orientation and to find ways that can be applied so that the energy of the facade of each orientation is relatively the same so that the energy consumption of each orientation unit is also relatively the same. This research was conducted by applying OTTV calculations to the facades of residential units and simulating the energy consumption intensity (EUI) before and after the design improvements to the facades of each orientation with the help of Sefaira software based on EnergyPlus 8.5.0. In several passive design treatment options applied to each facade, EUI efficiency of 5,7 – 12,4 % can be achieved, with each unit orientation having relatively the same energy consumption intensity (EUI).
