Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap Mutu Pendidikan pada SMK Kristen Bittuang. Teknik Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah Teknik Sampling Jenuh yaitu teknik penentuan sampel yang menjadikan semua anggota populasi sebagai sampel. Berdasarkan pada rumusan masalah, hipotesis, dan hasil penelitian serta didasarkan pada analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan penelitian sebagai berikut: Terdapat pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap Mutu Pendidikan pada SMK Kristen Bittuang. Hasil dari signifikansi (sig.) dalam uji t, diketahui bahwa nilai signifikansi Xsebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 ( 0,000 <0,05). Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Kepala Sekolah, Mutu Pendidikan / This study aims to determine the effect of Principal Leadership on the Quality of Education at Bittuang Christian Vocational School. The sampling technique in this study is the saturated sampling technique, which is a sampling technique that uses all members of the population as a sample. Based on the formulation of the problem, hypothesis, and research results and based on data analysis and hypothesis testing, the following conclusions can be drawn: There is an influence of Principal Leadership on the Quality of Education at Bittuang Christian Vocational School. The results of the significance (sig.) in the t test, it is known that the significance value of X is 0.000 less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). Keywords: Leadership, Quality of Education, Headmaster.
