Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, pengaruh besar pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, dan kompetensi guru bersama-sama terhadap Prestasi Siswa SDN 3 Tikala. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Metode penelitian kuantitatif adalah sebuah metode penelitian berdasarkan bukti empiris untuk melakukan fenomena sosial melalui prinsip-prinsip statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, kompetensi guru berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada SDN 3 Tikala. Hasil penelitian juga menjelaskan bahwa secara bersama-sama Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kompetensi Guru menjelaskan variabel Prestasi Belajarsiswa pada SDN 3 Tikala. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kompetensi Guru, dan Prestasi Belajar Siswa/The purpose of this study was to see the effect of the principal's leadership style on student achievement, the great influence of the influence on student achievement, and the competence of teachers together on student achievement at SDN 3 Tikala. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. Quantitative research method is a research method based on empirical evidence for carrying out social phenomena through statistical principles. The results showed that leadership style affects student achievement, teacher competence affects student achievement at SDN 3 Tikala. The results also explained that together the Leadership Style and Teacher Competence explain the Student Learning Achievement variable at SDN 3 Tikala.
