Abstract

Banyak sekali problema ibu kota yang tidak kunjung usai, seperti masalah polusi udara, masalah kurangnya penerangan lampu jalan , masalah minimnya transportasi umum yang memadai , meningkatnya angka penduduk tidak tetap, bahkan masalah kemacetan yang semakin memburuk. , manusia sangat membutuhkan sebuah sarana transportasi.Sarana transportasi merupakan suatu faktor yang sangat mempengaruhi kehidupan karena untuk mengangkut kebutuhan konsumen memerlukan alat transportasi, baik darat, laut, maupun udara.Sarana transportasi tersebut sangatlah berperan penting.Penelitian dengan judul “Efektivitas Nilai Pajak Terhadap Objek Pajak Ditinjau Dari Peraturan Daerah Povinsi Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta Nomor 8 Tahun 2010 Tentang Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor”memiliki rumusan masalah yaitu efektivitas nilai pajak terhadap suatu objek pajak menurut Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta No. 8 Tahun 2010 Tentang Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor dan dampak yang diakibatkan oleh naiknya nilai pajak terhadap objek pajak menurut Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta No. 8 Tahun 2010 Tentang Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor yang dapat diutarakan penulis sebagai salah satu cara untuk menanggulangi permasalah tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research atau penelitian kepustakaan. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan adalah data-data primer dan sekunder dari press release. Berdasarkan analisa yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwapemerintah daerah Provinsi DKI Jakarta dalam hal ini Dinas Keuangan dan Aset Daerah dinilai sangat efektif dalam mengelola penerimaan pajak atas kendaraan bermotor namun, kondisi terkini dibutuhkan suatu sistem yang dapat menjadi solusi dari seluruh permasalahan transportasi umum sehingga menarik minat masyarakat untuk beralih menggunakan transportasi umum dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. This research uses library research method or library research. The data sources used are primary and secondary data from press releases. Based on the analysis carried out, it can be concluded that the regional government of DKI Jakarta Province, in this case the Regional Finance and Asset Service, is considered very effective in managing tax revenue on motorized vehicles, however, the current condition requires a system that can be a solution to all public transportation problems so that it attracts interest. people to switch to using public transportation in their daily activities.
