Abstract
Indonesia menjadi salah satu negara yang memiliki kekayaan pariwisata terbesar di dunia. Namun, pariwisata Indonesia memiliki berbagai masalah penyimpangan yang diakibatkan oleh tindak eksploitasi seksual. Maraknya kasus tersebut telah menjadi tanggung jawab bagi pemerintah serta kesadaran masyarakat Indonesia. Sehingga, perlu adanya program dan kerja sama dengan sebuah lembaga yang memiliki fokus pada masalah Eksploitasi Seksual Komersial Anak (ESKA) seperti End Child Prostitution, Child Pornography and Trafficking of Children for Sexual Purposes (ECPAT). Sebagai acuan terhadap masalah penelitian, digunakan teori-teori atau konsep serta pendapat para ahli dituangkan dalam kerangka konseptual ESKA dan pariwisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori organisasi internasional dan efektivitas organisasi. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian analisis deskriptif. Dengan demikian, dapat dikatakan bahwa ECPAT Indonesia berhasil mencapai tujuannya dalam menekan kasus ESKA di Indonesia melalui program yang telah terlaksana dari berbagai sektor : pemerintah, swasta dan masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Pariwisata, ESKA, ECPAT, Indonesia/ Indonesia is one of the countries that has the largest tourism wealth in the world. However, Indonesian tourism has various problems of irregularities caused by acts of sexual exploitation. The rise of these cases has become the responsibility of the government and the awareness of the Indonesian people. Thus, there is a need for programs and collaborations with an institution that focuses on the issue of Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) such as End Child Prostitution, Child Pornography and Trafficking of Children for Sexual Purposes (ECPAT). As a reference to research problems, theories or concepts are used as well as expert opinions as outlined in the conceptual framework of CSEC and tourism. This research uses international organization theory and organizational effectiveness. This study also uses qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis research type. Thus, it can be said that ECPAT Indonesia has succeeded in achieving its goal of suppressing CSEC cases in Indonesia through programs that have been implemented from various sectors: government, private and community.
