An equality in education is the target of the education system itself. Because the primary purpose of multicultural education is to change the way the teachinglearning approach. Where different cultures have the same opportunity. Cultural diversity, in educational processes and practices should be seen as an important part of the attitude of professional educators. Professional educators in the practice and process of education will demonstrate the values and philosophy of education.
