Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh bukti empiris serta kesimpulan mengenai pengaruh kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan kinerja guru di SMP N 49 Jakarta. Populasinya adalah para guru di SMP N 49 Jakarta berjumlah 40 orang yang dijadikan responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan mengambil bentuk penelitian korelasional sebagai desain penelitiannya. Angket digunakan sebagai alat untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini. Data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, (2) budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, (3) kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan kinerja guru yang baik maka dibutuhkan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi yang baik. Kata Kunci: kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, kinerja guru. /The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence and conclusions about the influence of leadership, organizational culture and teacher performance on SMP N 49 Jakarta. The population is teachers at SMP N 49 Jakarta totaling 40 people who were made respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach and takes the form of correlational research as a research design. Questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data in this study. Data were analyzed by simple regression analysis and multiple regressions. The results of this study indicate that: (1) leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, (2) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (3) leadership and organizational culture together have a significant effect on teacher performance. The conclusion of the study is to get a good teacher's performance; it requires the leadership of the principal and a good organizational culture.
