Abstract

Yoventa Nahak. Pengaruh Perilaku Profesional Guru (X1) dan Budaya Sekolah (X2) Terhadap Kinerja (Y) Guru SMP Negeri Fahiluka NTT. Tesis. Manajemen Pendidikan, Program Pascasarjana, Universitas Kristen Indonesia Jakarta. 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari perilaku profesional guru dan budaya sekolah tehadap kinerja guru SMP Fahiluka NTT. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja guru yang masih rendah. Beberapa faktor penyebabnya adalah perilaku guru yang kurang profesional dan budaya sekolah yang tidak dijalankan dengan maksimal. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diambil dari sampel guru yang berjumlah 30 orang. Pengambilan data diambil dari kuesioner yang yang disebarkan sebanyak dua kali. data nilai uji tahap I dan II yang dilakukan terhadap sampel dari guru-gurud SMP Negeri Fahiluka. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 22,0. Sebelum pengujian hipotesis dilakukan uji prasyarat, uji normalitas dan heteroskedasitas dan uji multikolinearitas. Dari hasil analisis untuk data uji coba diperoleh rtabel = 0,514. nilai rhitung pernyantaan item X1.19, X1.20, X2.14, X2.20 dan item Y.15, Y.23, Y.27, Y.29 < rtabel 0,514, maka pernyataan pada item-item tersebut dinyatakan tidak valid. Kemudian dilakukan uji tahap II untuk mengetahui seberapa signifikan pengaruh variabel X1 dan X2. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai thitung variabel Perilaku Profesional Guru sebesar 3,373 > ttabel 2,160 dan nilai Sig sebesar 0,002 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Perilaku Profesional Guru (X1) berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Guru (Y). dan Nilai Thitung variabel Budaya Sekolah sebesar 2,337 > ttabel 2,160 dengan nilai Sig sebesar 0,027 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Budaya Sekolah (X2) berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Guru Hasil analisis menunjukkan X1 = 0,002 dan X2 = 0,027 < 0,05. Model regresi dari hasil analisis ini adalah Y = 0,202 + 0,237X1 + 0,665X2 dan Berdasarkan hasil analisis determinan X1 dan X2 secara bersama-sama dengan Y didapatkan hasil 0,695. Jadi kontribusi pengaruh dari variabel independen perilaku profesional guru dan budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dalam penelitian ini sebesar 69,5 %. Hasil penelitian menyatakan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara perilaku profesional guru dan budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri Fahiluka NTT. The Effect of Teacher Professional Behavior (X1) and School Culture (X2) on the Teacher’s Performance (Y) of Fahiluka Junior High School NTT. Manajemen Pendidikan, Program Pascasarjana, Universitas Kristen Indonesia Jakarta. 2020. This study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence of professional behavior of teachers and school culture on the performance of Fahiluka Junior High School teachers NTT. The problem in this study is that teacher performance is still low. Some contributing factors are the less professional behavior of teachers and the culture of the school that is not carried out to the maximum. The data used in this study were drawn from a sample of 30 teachers. Retrieval of data taken from questionnaires that were distributed twice. stage I and II test score data conducted on a sample from Fahiluka Junior High School NTT teachers. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS Version 22.0. Before hipotesis testing, prerequisite tests for normality and heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity tests were performed. From the results of the analysis for trial data obtained rtable = 0.514. the calculated value of statement items X1.19, X1.20, X2.14, X2.20 and items Y.15, Y.23, Y.27, Y.29 <rtable 0.514, the statement on these items is declared invalid. Then a phase II test was performed to find out how significant the influence of the variables X1 and X2. The result of the analysis showed that the tcount value of the Teacher Professional Behavior variable was 3,373 > ttabel 2,160 and the Sig value of 0,002 < 0,05, so it can be concluded that the variable Professional Theacher’s Behavior (X1) had a significant positive effect on the Teacher’s Performance variable (Y) and the tcount value of the variable School Culture (X2) 2,337 > ttabel 2,160 and Sig value of 0,027 < 0,05, it’s concluded that the School Culture (X2) has a significant positif effect on the Teacher’s Performance (Y) The analysis shows that X1 = 0,002 and X2 = 0,027 <0.05. The regression model of the results of this analysis is Y = 0.202 + 0.237X1 + 0.665X2 and Based on the analysis of the determinants X1 and X2 together with Y the results are 0.695. So the contribution of the influence of the independent variables of professional behavior of teachers and school culture on teacher performance in this study amounted to 69.5%. The results of the study stated that there was a significant influence between the professional behavior of teachers and school culture on the Teacher’s performance of Fahiluka Junior High School NTT Keywords: Behavior, Professional, School Culture, Teacher’s Performance
