Abstract

Beton ringan campuran dengan menggunakan cangkang kemiri dan limbah plastik PETmerupakan beton ringan yang ramah lingkungan dan dapat mengurangi limbah. Penggunaan cangkang kemiri dan limbah plastik PET serta SAS-BON-105A sebagai bahan tambah pada beton ringan, dimungkinkan akan lebih dapat memiliki kuat tekan yang lebih tinggi. Dalam penelitian ini, adapun variasi substitusi cangkang kemiri dan limbah plastik PET yang digunakan adalah 0%, 30%, 40%, 50% dengan SAS-BON-105A 5% dari jumlah air dan pengujian yang dilakukan berupa slump test, kuat tekan, dan absorbsi. Dari hasil pengujian penurunan kuat tekan cangkang kemiri dan limbah plastik PET masing-masing sebesar 0,76 Mpa, 1,51 Mpa, 1,41 Mpa dari beton ringan normal, Kuat tekan terbesar pada substitusi cangkang kemiri dan limbah plastik PETterdapat pada persentase 30% sebesar 17.55 Mpa sehingga memenuhi mutu beton yang direncanakan.Dari hasil pengujian tersebut diperoleh penurunan pada kuat tekan. Kata kunci :cangkang kemiri, plastik PET, SAS-BON-105A, kuat tekan, absorbsi / Mixed lightweight concrete using pecan shell and PET plastic waste is lightweight concrete that is environmentally friendly and can reduce waste. The use of candlenut shells and waste of PET and SAS-BON-105A as added ingredients in lightweight concrete, it is possible to have a higher compressive strength. In this study, the variations in the substitution of candlenut shells and PET plastic waste used were 0%, 30%, 40%, 50% with SAS-BON-105A 5% of the amount of water and the tests were carried out in the form of slump test, compressive strength, and absorption. From the results of testing the decrease in compressive strength of candlenut shells and PET plastic waste respectively 0.76 Mpa, 1.51 Mpa, 1.41 Mpa from normal lightweight concrete, the greatest compressive strength in the substitution of candlenut shells and PET plastic waste is in the percentage of 30 % of 17.55 MPa so that it meets the planned concrete quality.
