Abstract
Air minum adalah air yang memenuhi syarat kesehatan dan dapat langsung diminum. Dalam masyarakat, dari berbagai air minum yang sering dikonsumsi salah satunya adalah air minum depot isi ulang. Air minum berkualitas adalah air minum yang tidak mengandung bakteri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kualitas air minum depot isi ulang di daerah perumahan komplek dan di daerah perumahan kumuh secara uji bakteriologi sesuai PERMENKES No. 492 tahun 2010, yaitu jumlah bakteri total Coliform dan Esherichia coli adalah 0/100 ml air. Metode penelitian ini adalah eksperimental. Besar sampel 15 sampel air minum depot isi ulang di daerah perumahan komplek dan 15 sampel air minum depot isi ulang di daerah perumahan kumuh. Dari masing-masing sampel di ambil 2 ml untuk di biakkan dan di identifikasi jenis bakterinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 8 dari 15 sampel air minum depot isi ulang di daerah perumahan komplek tercemar oleh kuman E.coli dan Pseudomonas sp., sedangkan yang di daerah perumahan kumuh terdapat 14 sampel dari 15 sampel yang tercemar oleh kuman Escherichia.coli maupun Pseudomanas sp. Kata kunci : Air Minum Depot Isi Ulang, Daerah Perumahan Komplek, Daerah Perumahan Kumuh, Uji Bakteriologi Drinking water is water that meets health requirements and can be drunk directly. In the community, from various drinking water that is often consumed, one of them is refill drinking water depot. Quality drinking water is drinking water that does not contain bacteria. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of refill depot drinking water in a residential area of a complex and in a slum area in a bacteriological test according to PERMENKES No. 492 in 2010, namely the total Coliform and Esherichia coli bacteria is 0/100 ml of water.This research method is experimental. A sample of 15 samples of refill drinking water depots in residential complex areas and 15 samples of drinking water refill depots in slum areas. From each sample taken 2 ml to be cultured and identified the type of bacteria. The results showed 8 of 15 samples of refill depot drinking water in the residential area of the complex contaminated by E. coli and Pseudomonas sp., While those in slum areas had 14 samples from 15 samples contaminated by Escherichia.coli and Pseudomanas sp.
