Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out: 1) the effect of the Headmaster supervision on teacher's performance in SMA Kristen Barana'; 2) the effect of teacher's commitment on teacher's performance in SMA Kristen Barana'; 3) the effect of the Head Master supervison and teacher's commitment on teacher's performance in SMA Kristen Barana' Kabupaten Toraja Utara. The method used in this research is quantitative methodology with the associative research in causal relationship approach. The samples obtained by using the sampling jenuh (census) are of 39 teachers of SMA Kristen Barana'. The data is obtained through the research instrument using questionnaire. The result shows 1) there is a positive and significant effect of the head master supervision on teacher's performance, with t-experiment/t-test resulted significancy value of 0,000<0,05 (2) there is a positive and significant effect on teacher's commitment to the teacher's performance with t-experiment/t-test resulted significancy value of 0.007<0.05 (3) there is a positive and significance effect of the head master supervision and teacher's commitment to teacher's performance with F test/F experiment resulted in significancy value of 0.000<0.05 with the contribution of the head master supervision and teacher's commitment to teacher's performance are 42.3%.
