Abstract
This paper is a literature review that summarizes and discusses theories of leadership in general and specifically transformational leadhersip, which is then combined with the latest research findings in the field of higher education leadership in several developed countries. This paper is expected to contribute to the development to the development of the Indonesian Christian University (UKI), particularly in the field of leadership.
