Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui apakah terdapat peningkatan minat belajar siswa melalui media pembelajaran kahoot!, (2) berapa besar peningkatan minat belajar siswa melalui penerapan media pembelajaran kahoot!. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI MIPA 3 (kelas kontrol) dan XI MIPA 4 (kelas eksperimen) di SMAN 42 Jakarta dengan jumlah siswa setiap kelasnya adalah 30 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen angket berupa angket minat belajar kimia yang diukur dengan Skala Likert. Analisis data diuji menggunakan analisa uji validitas, normalitas, homogenitas, n-gain, serta uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan analisa data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa ada peningkatan minat belajar siswa melalui penerapan media pembelajaran kahoot! pada materi senyawa hidrokarbon di SMAN 42 Jakarta, yang ditunjukan dari nilai Thitung = 10,167> Ttabel (1,671) sehingga dikatakan Ha diterima. Hasil uji gainnya yaitu sebesar 0,40 dengan kategori sedang. Kata kunci : media pembelajaran, media kahoot, penyajian data, minat belajar, model pembelajaran learning together. This study aims to (1) find out whether there is an increase in student interest in learning through kahoot learning media, (2) how much is the increase in student interest in learning through the application of kahoot learning media. This research uses quantitative research methods. The subjects in this study were students of class XI MIPA 3 (control class) and XI MIPA 4 (experimental class) at SMAN 42 Jakarta with 30 students in each class. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire instrument in the form of a chemical learning interest questionnaire measured by a Likert Scale. Data analysis was tested using validity, normality, homogeneity, n-gain, and hypothesis test analyzes. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that there is an increase in students' learning interest through the application of kahoot learning media! on hydrocarbon compound material at 42 Jakarta High School, which is shown from the value of Thitung = 10.167> Ttable (1.671) so Ha is said to be accepted. The gain test results are equal to 0.40 in the medium category. Keywords: learning media, kahoot media, data presentation, learning interest, learning model of learning together.
