Abstract

The aim of the research is to study the relationship between Eksternal Marketing and Internal Marketing with Perception of Career Development and intervening variable of Interactive Marketing This research was conducted at Student Pascasarjana Universitas Kristen Indonesia Jakarta with simple random sample (purposive sample). The research concludes that there are significan correlation between; 1). Internal Marketing with Career Development of Perception by intervening variable of Interactive Marketing , 2). Eksternal Marketing with Perception of Career Development by intervening variable of Interactive Marketing Moreover, there is significan correlation between Internal Marketing and Eksternal Marketing with Perception of Career Development by intervening variable of Interactive Marketing
