Abstract

Infertility can be caused by male or female factors. Intra-uterine insemination (IIU) is one form of infertility treatment. The procedure is to insert sperm that has gone through the preparation process into the uterine cavity. This study aims to determine the number of motile sperm that provide the highest success in intra-uterine insemination in Morula IVF Jakarta in the period June - October 2018. The research method used is non-experimental research and descriptive. The data was taken retrospectively by tracing the previous document, namely the medical record of patients undergoing intra-uterine insemination at Morula IVF Jakarta from June to October 2018. The results of the study will be analyzed univariately. Based on the analysis that has been done, the success rate of intra uterine insemination is 10%. The highest sperm motility that gave the highest success was 78.69% while the average number of motile sperm was 6.47 million / ml.
