Abstract

Baja NAK 80 adalah baja dengan kualitas ketahanan aus yang luar biasa yang digunakan dalam cavity moulding plastic. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh suhu tempering terhadap kekerasan, regangan kisi mikro, kekuatan tarik, ukuran kristal, kerapatan dislokasi, dan struktur kristal baja NAK 80. Sampel dipanaskan selama dua jam sampai suhu fase austenit 9000C. Ketika media oli SAE 10-30W didinginkan, dan kemudian pemanasan tempering diterapkan selama satu jam pada suhu 3500C, 4000C, dan 4500C, temuan uji kekuatan tarik menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan fase martensit dan proses quenching dan tempering berdampak pada nilai kekuatan tarik, yang naik ketika suhu tempering naik dari 514 MPa menjadi 800 MPa. Setelah quenching dan tempering menjadi 210 HB, kekerasan juga meningkat dari 149 HB menjadi 248 HB. Temuan pengujian struktur kristal menunjukkan bahwa sementara kepadatan dislokasi rata-rata (ρ) menurun dari 0,028 1 / mm2 menjadi 0,006 1 / mm2 dan mikrostrain kisi rata-rata (ε) meningkat dari 0,182 menjadi 0,029, ukuran kristal rata-rata meningkat ketika suhu tempering naik dari 9,28 Å menjadi 31,74 Å. Oleh karena itu, diantisipasi bahwa baja NAK 80 yang diproduksi oleh proses tempering 3500C-4500C proses tempering akan memiliki umur yang lebih panjang bila digunakan dalam dunia industri. Kata Kunci: baja NAK 80, quenching, temper, kekerasan, kuat tarik. / NAK 80 steel is a steel with exceptional wear resistance qualities that is used in plastic cavity molding. The aim of this study is to examine the impact of tempering temperature on the hardness, micro lattice strain, tensile strength, crystal size, dislocation density, and crystal structure of NAK 80 steel. The sample was heated for two hours to the austenite phase temperature of 9000C. SAE 10-30W oil medium is quenched, and then tempering heating is applied for an hour at 3500C, 4000C, and 4500C. The findings of the tensile strength test indicate that the martensite phase's development and the quenching and tempering processes have an impact on the tensile strength value, which rises as the tempering temperature rises from 514 MPa to 800 MPa. After quench ing and tempering to 210 HB, the hardness also increased from 149 HB to 248 HB. The findings of the crystal structure testing indicate that while the average dislocation density (ρ) decreases from 0.028 1/mm2 to 0.006 1/mm2 and the average lattice microstrain (ε) increases from 0.182 to 0.029, the average crystal size increases as the tempering temperature rises from 9.28 Å to 31.74 Å. Therefore, it is anticipated that NAK 80 steel that is produced by the 3500C–4500C tempering process will have a longer lifespan when used in industrial world .
