Abstract

Tujuan utama dari studi ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana kontribusi disiplin kerja serta motivasi kerja dalam membentuk kinerja karyawan pada PT. Solid Logistic Jakarta. Riset ini diaplikasikan melalui metode kuantitatif dengan mengandalkan angket sebagai instrumen utama dalam menjaring data dari 45 karyawan yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, ditemukan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja (X1) memberikan dampak positif bagi kinerja karyawan, yang ditunjukkan oleh perolehan nilai thitung 1,709 dengan signifikansi 0,002. Sementara itu, variabel motivasi kerja (X2) menunjukkan pengaruh positif yang sangat meyakinkan dengan nilai thitung 7,433 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Pengujian secara simultan melalui uji F membuktikan bahwa gabungan antara disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja memiliki korelasi signifikan terhadap capaian kinerja karyawan dengan angka F sebesar 81,424. Lebih lanjut, hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi mengungkap bahwa variabel disiplin kerja (X1) dan motivasi kerja (X2) secara bersama-sama memiliki derajat hubungan sebesar 77,2% dalam memengaruhi kinerja karyawan (Y). Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan / The main objective of this study is to evaluate how work discipline and work motivation contribute to shaping employee performance at PT. Solid Logistic Jakarta. This research was conducted using a quantitative method, relying on questionnaires as the primary instrument to collect data from 45 employees who served as the research sample. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the work discipline variable (X1) has a positive effect on employee performance, as indicated by a t-value of 1.709 with a significance level of 0.002. Meanwhile, the work motivation variable (X2) shows a very strong positive influence, with a t-value of 7.433 and a significance level of 0.000. Simultaneous testing using the F-test proves that the combination of work discipline and work motivation has a significant relationship with employee performance, with an F value of 81.424. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination reveals that the variables of work discipline (X1) and work motivation (X2) together account for 77.2% of the variance in employee performance (Y).
