Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas mengenai dampak adanya dominasi produk murah yang berasal dari Cina melalui Platform Tik Tok Terhadap UMKM di Tanah Abang Tahun 2022. Terkait dengan perdagangan bebas, melalui adanya kesepakatan ACFTA dapat menimbulkan dampak negative bagi Indonesia, dimana produsen dalam negeri yang produknya sejenis dengan produk impor Tiongkok, yang dipasarkan di dalam negeri, memiliki tingkat daya saing yang relatif kurang kompetitif. Kehadiran e-commerce sebagai platform online untuk transaksi jual beli membawa dampak negatif yang signifikan bagi pedagang konvensional khususnya pelaku UMKM di Tanah Abang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak dari dominasi produk murah Cina di Platform TikTok terhadap UMKM di Tanah Abang tahun 2022. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan teori digital economy dan economy security serta peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif analisis dan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Rencana hasil penelitian ini adalah Produk-produk Cina produksi seringkali memiliki konotasi kualitas yang kurang bagus dan membutuhkan waktu distribusi yang lama hingga sampai di Indonesia. Ada peluang dan ancaman bagi UMKM lewat kemunculan S-Commerce TikTok. Dari segi peluang, UMKM akan lebih mudah untuk menjangkau masyarakat dengan biaya lebih murah melalui livestream di Tiktok. Namun, TikTok juga telah merencanakan Project S dimana perusahaan tersebut akan memproduksi barang sendiri dengan memanfaatkan informasi keadaan pasar di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, UMKM perlu melakukan perbaikan dengan meminta umpan balik dari pelanggan untuk terus melakukan peningkatan kualitas produk./This research discusses the impact of the dominance of cheap products originating from China via the Tik Tok Platform on MSMEs in Tanah Abang in 2022. Regarding free trade, the existence of the ACFTA agreement could have a negative impact on Indonesia, where domestic producers whose products are similar to the products Chinese imports, which are marketed domestically, have a relatively less competitive level. The presence of e-commerce as an online platform for buying and selling transactions has had a significant negative impact on conventional traders, especially MSMEs in Tanah Abang. This research aims to determine the impact of the dominance of cheap Chinese products on the TikTok platform on MSMEs in Tanah Abang in 2022. In this research, researchers used digital economy and economy security in theory and researchers used qualitative research methods. with descriptive analysis type and case study research type. The plan resulting from this research is that Chinese products often have poor quality connotations and require a long distribution time until they arrive in Indonesia. There are opportunities and threats for MSMEs through the emergence of S-Commerce TikTok. In terms of opportunities, it will be easier for MSMEs to reach the public at lower costs through livestreams on Tiktok. However, TikTok has also planned Project S where the company will produce its own goods by utilizing information on market conditions in Indonesia. Therefore, MSMEs need to make improvements by asking for feedback from customers to continue to improve product quality.
