Abstract
Perusahaan sangat bergantung pada sumber daya manusia (SDM) mereka. Akibatnya, di era Industri 4.0 ini, SDM yang berkualitas tinggi sangat penting bagi bisnis. Untuk tetap kompetitif, beberapa sektor bersaing untuk mendapatkan sumber daya manusia terbaik. Pengembangan SDM di tingkat institusional atau industri, di sisi lain, sangat penting untuk kelangsungan hidup organisasi dalam jangka panjang dan pendek, sehingga membutuhkan manajemen institusional yang terampil. Karyawan di Bengkel Mobil Gravy tidak puas dengan kondisi kerja mereka dan tidak termotivasi untuk melakukan pekerjaan mereka, dua dari banyak masalah yang mungkin muncul di fasilitas atau bisnis mana pun. Perilaku karyawan ini menunjukkan bahwa mereka tidak termotivasi untuk melakukan pekerjaan mereka. Mengingat hal tersebut, para peneliti ingin menyelidiki asal-usul ketidaknyamanan karyawan di tempat kerja dengan melakukan evaluasi motivasi kerja dan membangun hubungan dengan Perilaku Kewarganegaraan Organisasi (OCB) dari tenaga kerja Bengkel Mobil Gravy. Para peneliti berharap studi ini dapat membangun hubungan antara perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi (OCB) dan faktor-faktor seperti motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja. Untuk pengumpulan data utamanya, studi ini mengandalkan metodologi kuantitatif, yang didefinisikan sebagai metodologi yang menggunakan analisis numerik. Para peneliti di Gravy Auto Workshop menggunakan pendekatan survei untuk mengumpulkan data untuk studi mereka dengan mengirimkan kuesioner berdasarkan teori hierarki karakteristik lingkungan kerja. Teori hierarki Abraham H. Mashow tentang faktor insentif kerja dan gagasan perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi (OCB). Analisis data menggunakan SPSS 26.0 mengungkapkan korelasi yang signifikan secara statistik antara OCB dan faktor-faktor yang berkaitan dengan tempat kerja dan motivasi karyawan. Hubungan tersebut terbukti signifikan ketika dievaluasi sebagian. Jadi, dapat dikatakan bahwa perkembangan OCB sangat dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja. Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja, OCB, Motivasi Kerja / Companies rely heavily on their human resources (HR). Consequently, in this age of Industry 4.0, top-notch HR is crucial for businesses. In order to stay competitive, several sectors are vying for top-tier human resources. Institutional or industry-level HR development, on the other hand, is crucial to the long- and short-term viability of the organization, necessitating skilled institutional management. Staff at the Gravy Auto Workshop were unhappy with their working conditions and uninspired to do their jobs, two of the many issues that may develop in any facility or business. These employees' demeanors demonstrated that they were uninspired to do their jobs. In light of the above, researchers are keen to investigate the origins of staff discomfort at work by conducting an evaluation of work motivation and establishing a connection to the OCB of the Gravy Auto Workshop workforce. It was the hope of the researchers that this study would establish a connection between organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and factors like job motivation and work environment. For its main data collection, this study relies on a quantitative methodology, which is defined as one that makes use of numerical analysis. The researchers at Gravy Auto Workshop used a survey approach to gather data for their study by sending out questionnaires based on the hierarchy theory of work environment characteristics. The hierarchy theory of Abraham H. Mashow on work incentive factors and the notion of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). An SPSS 26.0 analysis of the data reveals a statistically significant correlation between OCB and factors pertaining to the workplace and employee motivation. The link was shown to be significant when evaluated partly. So, it's safe to say that OCB development is heavily influenced by the work environment and job motivation.
