Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterkaitan antara pelatihan kerja serta budaya organisasi dengan kinerja karyawan di PT. Sawit Asahan Indah. Studi ini dilandasi oleh pentingnya peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia dengan program pelatihan yang efektif dan budaya organisasi yang kuat untuk mendorong produktivitas. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif asosiatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi terdiri dari 66 karyawan bagian pabrik, yang dijadikan sampel dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang sudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja maupun budaya organisasi memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan kinerja karyawan. Secara bersama-sama, kedua variabel tersebut memberikan dampak besar terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan perlu mengoptimalkan program pelatihan serta memperkuat penerapan budaya organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan secara lebih efektif. Kata kunci: Pelatihan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Karyawan / This study aims to determine the relationship between job training and organizational culture with employee performance at PT. Sawit Asahan Indah. This study is based on the importance of improving the quality of human resources with effective training programs and a strong organizational culture to boost productivity. The study used an associative quantitative method with a correlational approach. The population consisted of 66 factory employees, who were sampled using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis results show that both job training and organizational culture have a significant relationship with employee performance. Together, these two variables have a significant impact on employee performance. These findings suggest that companies need to optimize training programs and strengthen the implementation of organizational culture to achieve company goals more effectively.
