Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan prinsip tata Kelola terhadap tingkat kepercayaan dan minat mahasiswa Universitas Kristen Indonesia dalam menggunakan produk layanan digital Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI). Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 85 (delapan puluh lima) mahasiswa aktif Program Studi Analisis Keuangan. Data dianalisis dengan teknik regresi linear sederhana melalui dua model terpisah, yaitu pengaruh tata kelola digital terhadap kepercayaan, serta pengaruh tata kelola digital terhadap minat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip tata kelola digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan mahasiswa, dan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat mereka menggunakan layanan digital BNI. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penerapan prinsip tata kelola yang baik, khususnya transparansi, akuntabilitas, tanggung jawab, independensi, dan kewajaran, untuk membangun kepercayaan dan meningkatkan minat generasi muda terhadap layanan digital perbankan./This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing digital service governance principles on the level of trust and interest of student at the Indonesian Christian University in using Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) financial products. The research method used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 85 active students of the Financial Analysis Study Program. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression techniques through two separate models, namely the effect of digital governance on interest. The results showed that the implementation of digital governance principles significantly influenced student trust, and also significantly influenced their interest in using BNI digital services. These findings emphasize the governance principles, particularly transparency, accountability, responsibility, independenc, and fairness to build trust and increase the interest of the younger generation in digital banking services
