Abstract

Perancangan kompleks teologi Kristen dengan pendekatan spiritualitas di Kota Depok dilatarbelakangi oleh belum adanya fasilitas keagamaan yang secara terpadu menggabungkan fungsi ibadah dengan kegiatan pembinaan iman dan refleksi spiritual. Meskipun Depok memiliki banyak tempat ibadah, fasilitas yang mendukung pengalaman spiritual secara menyeluruh masih belum tersedia. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sebuah rancangan yang tidak hanya menjawab kebutuhan fungsional, tetapi juga mampu membangun pengalaman spiritual yang mendalam seperti Kompleks Teologi. Konsep spiritualitas Kristen menjadi landasan utama dalam mendukung kegiatan keagamaan. Dalam konteks arsitektur, nilai-nilai ini diwujudkan melalui pencahayaan alami, keterbukaan ruang, penggunaan material yang alami, serta integrasi antara bangunan dan alam. Metode yang digunakan meliputi studi literatur terkait teologi dan arsitektur spiritual, observasi langsung terhadap karakteristik lingkungan dan sosial di Depok, serta penyebaran kuisioner untuk memahami persepsi masyarakat terhadap ruang spiritual. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan pendekatan kontekstual untuk menghasilkan rancangan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Analisis perancangan mencakup studi tapak, kebutuhan dan program ruang, serta elemenelemen arsitektural yang mendukung aktivitas spiritual. Seluruh aspek tersebut disusun untuk mempertimbangkan kebutuhan ruang dan kebutuhan aspek arsitektur yang tepat untuk menciptakan rasa spiritualitas bagipengguna. Hasil dari analisis ini adalah kompleks teologi Kristen yang mencakup gereja, kapel, perpustakaan teologi, taman doa, wisma tamu, dan fasilitas pendukung seperti kantin. Seluruh elemen dirancang dalam satu kesatuan yang harmonis untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung refleksi spiritual sekaligus aktivitas keagamaan. Perancangan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi ruang yang mampu menumbuhkan spiritualitas dan menjadi wadah kegiatan keagamaan yang mendalam. Kata Kunci: Arsitektur Spiritual, Spiritualitas, Kompleks Teologi, Teologi Kristen / The design of a Christian theological complex with a spirituality-based approach in the city of Depok is motivated by the absence of religious facilities that holistically integrate worship functions with faith development and spiritual reflection. Although Depok has many places of worship, facilities that support a comprehensive spiritual experience are still lacking. Therefore, a design is needed that not only addresses functional needs but also fosters a deep spiritual experience such as that found in a Theology Complex. The concept of Christian spirituality serves as the foundation for supporting religious activities. In architectural terms, these values are manifested through natural lighting, spatial openness, the use of natural materials, and the integration between buildings and the surrounding environment. The methods used include literature studies related to theology and spiritual architecture, direct observation of the environmental and social characteristics of Depok, as well as the distribution of questionnaires to understand public perception of spiritual spaces. The collected data is analyzed qualitatively using a contextual approach to produce a design that meets user needs. The design analysis covers site studies, spatial requirements and programs, as well as architectural elements that support spiritual activities. All aspects are arranged to consider both spatial requirements and architectural principles that foster a sense of spirituality for users. The result of this analysis is a Christian theological complex that includes a church, chapel, theological library, prayer garden, guest house, and supporting facilities such as a canteen. All elements are designed in a harmonious unity to create an environment that supports spiritual reflection alongside religious activities. This design is expected to become a space that cultivates spirituality and serves as a meaningful setting for profound religious engagement.
