Abstract

Rumah peribadatan adalah suatu tempat yang krusial bagi umat setempat karena di samping fungsinya sebagai untuk menyiarkan suara kebenaran berdasarkan keyakinan mereka masing-masing juga merupakan simbol kehadiran mereka. Kebebasan untuk menganut agamanya masing-masing oleh setiap warga negara adalah suatu hak yang dilindungi oleh konstitusi negara Indonesia, yaitu yang diatur di dalam pasal 28I ayat (1) UUD 1945. Salah satu penyebab maraknya tindakan anarkis yang berlandaskan agama, seringkali dengan dalih mengurangi jumlah pemeluk agama tertentu, adalah masalah pembangunan rumah ibadah. Penganut agama minoritas seringkali menghadapi hambatan ketika berupaya menjalankan dan melaksanakan ritual keagamaan mereka di lokasi yang sama dengan agama mayoritas/For the local community, a house of worship is an important location because, in addition to serving as a vehicle for disseminating the voice of truth based on their own beliefs, it also acts as a sign of their existence. According to Acritile 28I, paragrafth (1) of the 1945 Constitution, the freedom to follow one's own religion is a human right that is safeguarded by the Indonesian Constitution. The problem of constructing houses of worship are these of a reasons below the increases in anarchic acts driven by religious motivations, that is frequently justify by the desire to decrease the number of followers of a specific religion. When minority religion adherents try to practice and carry out their religious rites in the same area as the majority religion, they frequently encounter difficulties
