Abstract

Tinjauan Yuridis Terhadap Pembangunan JIS (Jakarta International Stadium) Terhadap Pemanfaatan Aset Pemprov DKI Jakarta memiliki banyak permasalahan termasuk dalam hal pengadaan tanah. Pemerintah terus bekerja dan mengupayakan adanya adanya pengadaaan tanah agar permasalahan terkait dengan pembangunan JIS ini cepat untuk dapat diselesaikan. Skripsi ini diteliti dengan menggunakan sistem atau metode yuridis normatif, yang artinya bahwa dalam penelitian dan penulisannya diambil dari buku-buku, undang-undang, dan panduan berbasis lainnya yang dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam penelitian penulis ini. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa dalam hal pembangunan Stadion Olahraga JIS, membawa banyak kontravensi baik positif maupun negatif. Dari sisi masyarakat maupun sisi pemerintah banyak mendapatkan nilainya masing-masing, sehingga terkait dengan pembangunannya harus tetap dilanjutkan tetapi dengan berdasarkan pada ketentuan undang-undang dan tidak melanggar hukum. / The juridical review of the construction of JIS (Jakarta International Stadium) in relation to the utilization of assets owned by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government reveals several issues, including land acquisition. The government has been working continuously to resolve these issues in order to expedite the completion of the JIS project. This thesis uses a normative juridical method, meaning that the research and writing are based on literature, laws, and other normative references that serve as the foundation of the author's analysis. The findings of this research show that the construction of the JIS sports stadium has sparked various controversies, both positive and negative. Different perspectives have emerged from both the public and the government, each with their own assessments. Therefore, the continuation of the construction must be carried out in accordance with legal regulations and must not violate the law.
