Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kinerja simpang bersinyal di kawasan Jalan DI Panjaitan – Kalimalang, Cawang, Jakarta Timur, dengan menggunakan program simulasi PTV Vissim berdasarkan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (PKJI) 2023. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kinerja simpang tersebut melalui parameter seperti waktu tunda, panjang antrian, dan derajat kejenuhan pada jam sibuk pagi hari. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei lapangan mulai pukul 06.00 hingga 07.00 selama lima hari berturut-turut, dengan fokus pada data geometrik Jalan, volume lalu lintas, kecepatan kendaraan, dan siklus lampu lalu lintas. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan software PTV Vissim untuk mensimulasikan kondisi eksisting dan menguji berbagai skenario optimasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kondisi yang ada di simpang tersebut menunjukkan beberapa permasalahan, antara lain panjang antrian yang signifikan dan tingkat penundaan yang tinggi, terutama pada fase sinyal tertentu. Simulasi mengungkapkan bahwa perubahan parameter, seperti durasi lampu hijau dan desain geometris persimpangan, dapat meningkatkan efisiensi lalu lintas secara signifikan, mengurangi waktu tunda dan panjang antrian hingga lebih dari 20%. Kalibrasi model menggunakan uji GEH menunjukkan akurasi yang tinggi, sedangkan validasi menggunakan MAPE menghasilkan tingkat kesalahan di bawah 10% yang tergolong sangat baik. Kajian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk meningkatkan kinerja simpang melalui optimalisasi fase sinyal, penambahan jalur belok, dan pelebaran Jalan. Temuan ini sangat penting untuk perencanaan manajemen lalu lintas perkotaan di Jakarta Timur, terutama di wilayah dengan kepadatan lalu lintas tinggi. Simulasi berbasis PTV Vissim juga merupakan alat yang efektif untuk memvisualisasikan dan mengevaluasi berbagai skenario manajemen lalu lintas, memberikan landasan yang kuat untuk pengambilan keputusan dalam rekayasa lalu lintas. Kata kunci: Simpang bersinyal, PTV Vissim, kinerja lalu lintas, tundaan, optimalisasi / This study analyzes the performance of a signalized intersection in the area of DI Panjaitan Street – Kalimalang, Cawang, East Jakarta, using the PTV Vissim simulation program based on the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (PKJI) 2023. This research evaluates the intersection's performance through parameters such as delay time, queue length, and degree of saturation during the morning rush hour. Data collection was conducted through field surveys from 6:00 to 7:00 AM over five consecutive days, focusing on geometric road data, traffic volume, vehicle speed, and traffic light cycles. The collected data was then processed and analyzed using PTV Vissim software to simulate existing conditions and test various optimization scenarios. The results indicate that the existing conditions at the intersection exhibit several issues, including significant queue lengths and high delay levels, particularly during certain signal phases. Simulations reveal that changes in parameters, such as green light duration and geometric design of the intersection, can significantly enhance traffic efficiency, reducing delay time and queue length by more than 20%. Model calibration using the GEH test demonstrated high accuracy, while validation using MAPE resulted in an error rate below 10%, which is considered excellent. This study provides strategic recommendations to improve intersection performance through signal phase optimization, the addition of turning lanes, and road widening. These findings are crucial for urban traffic management planning in East Jakarta, especially in areas with high traffic density. The PTV Vissim-based simulation is also an effective tool for visualizing and evaluating various traffic management scenarios, offering a solid foundation for decision-making in traffic engineering.
