Abstract

Penulisan skripsi karya ini merupakan bagian dari proses akhir dalam penciptaan video company profile berjudul “Close Your Eyes and Make a Wish with Pizza Boxx”, yang digunakan untuk melengkapi tugas akhir Program Studi Ilmu Komunikasi di Universitas Kristen Indonesia. Penulisan karya ini bertujuan sebagai bentuk implementasi strategi komunikasi melalui video company profile sebagai sarana memperkenalkan identitas, nilai-nilai, visi, dan misi Pizza Boxx Indonesia kepada publik dengan pendekatan Brand Experience. Peran penulis sebagai implementing melibatkan proses peninjauan konten bersama stakeholder, perencanaan strategi distribusi, hingga evaluasi terhadap hasil publikasi di media sosial, khususnya Instagram. Video company profile dipromosikan melalui Instagram Ads selama 9 hari dan diunggah di akun resmi Instagram @pizzaboxx_official. Data insight diperoleh dengan menganalisis performa unggahan melalui fitur View Insights, yang mencakup jumlah tayangan, interaksi, serta respons publik. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, video ini berhasil meraih 8.831 penonton, dengan 59,7% di antaranya berasal dari akun non-pengikut. Tingginya jumlah penonton, komentar, serta penyimpanan video menunjukkan bahwa implementasi video company profile dengan pendekatan Brand Experience mampu membentuk pengalaman visual dan emosional yang kuat, serta berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan brand awareness Pizza Boxx Indonesia. Kata kunci: Video company profile, Pizza Boxx Indonesia, Implementing, Brand Experience, Media Sosial. / This final thesis is part of the concluding process in the creation of a company profile video titled “Close Your Eyes and Make a Wish with Pizza Boxx”, which serves as a requirement for the completion of the final project in the Communication Studies Program at Universitas Kristen Indonesia. The purpose of this work is to implement a communication strategy through the use of a company profile video as a medium to introduce the identity, core values, vision, and mission of Pizza Boxx Indonesia to the public using a brand experience approach. The author's role as the implementing party involved reviewing the content with stakeholders, planning a distribution strategy, and evaluating the results of the video’s publication on social media, particularly Instagram. The company profile video was promoted through Instagram Ads for nine days and published on the official Instagram account @pizzaboxx_official. Insight data was obtained by analyzing the post's performance using the View Insights feature, which includes metrics such as number of views, audience engagement, and public responses. Based on the evaluation results, the video reached 8,831 views, with 59.7% of viewers coming from non-followers. The high number of views, comments, and saves indicates that the implementation of the company profile video using a brand experience approach successfully created a strong visual and emotional experience and positively contributed to increasing brand awareness for Pizza Boxx Indonesia.
