Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, spirituality, and personality type on students' communication skills in the Christian Religious Education (CRE) course using active learning methods. Communication skills are an important aspect of the learning process, especially in the context of Christian Religious Education (CRE) which emphasizes interaction and reflection on spiritual values. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method targeting students enrolled in the PAK course. Data were collected through questionnaires that measured levels of motivation, spirituality, personality types (based on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator/MBTI model), and communication skills. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression techniques to examine the relationships between variables. The research results show that learning motivation has a significant impact on the improvement of students' communication skills. Spirituality also contributes positively, especially in building confidence and empathy during communication. Meanwhile, extroverted personality types tend to excel more in verbal communication skills compared to introverts, although both can develop through active learning methods. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of a learning approach that considers psychological and spiritual factors to optimize students' communication skills. These findings can serve as a reference for educators in designing more effective and inclusive PAK learning strategies. Keywords: Motivation, Spirituality, Personality Type, Communication Skills. / Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, spiritualitas, dan tipe kepribadian terhadap keterampilan komunikasi mahasiswa dalam mata kuliah Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK) dengan metode pembelajaran aktif. Keterampilan komunikasi merupakan aspek penting dalam proses pembelajaran, terutama dalam konteks PAK yang menekankan interaksi dan refleksi nilai-nilai spiritual. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap mahasiswa yang mengambil mata kuliah PAK. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mengukur tingkat motivasi, spiritualitas, tipe kepribadian (berdasarkan model Myers-Briggs Type Indicator/MBTI), dan keterampilan komunikasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik regresi berganda untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan komunikasi mahasiswa. Spiritualitas juga berkontribusi positif, terutama dalam membangun kepercayaan diri dan empati selama berkomunikasi. Sementara itu, tipe kepribadian ekstrovert cenderung lebih unggul dalam keterampilan komunikasi lisan dibandingkan introvert, meskipun keduanya dapat berkembang melalui metode pembelajaran aktif. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan pembelajaran yang mempertimbangkan faktor psikologis dan spiritual untuk mengoptimalkan keterampilan komunikasi mahasiswa. Temuan ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi pendidik dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran PAK yang lebih efektif dan inklusif.
