Abstract
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif untuk menganalisis sampai sejauh mana Pengaruh Ekosistem Pendidikan Agama Kristen, Pengaruh Kurikulum, Pengaruh Kualitas Dosen, Pengaruh Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi Digital dan Pengaruh Lingkungan Akademik terhadap Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa Program Studi Sarjana Pendidikan Agama Kristen Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Kristen Indonesia Jakarta. Dalam penelitian ini diambil sampel sebanyak 35 responden mahasiswa Program Studi Sarjana Pendidikan Agama Kristen Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Kristen Indonesia Jakarta serta melakukan pengambilan dan pengolahan data serta analisis data kuantitatif melalui kuesioner Google Forms untuk menggali informasi secara lebih mendalam kepada beberapa narasumber yang ditentukan secara purposive sampling serta kemudian melakukan analisis dan interpretasi. Dalam menganalisis hasil penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikolinieritas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas, Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), dan Uji Hipotesis dengan menggunakan IBM Statistical Package for Social Studies (SPSS) 26 untuk mempermudah pengolahan data dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pengaruh Ekosistem Pendidikan (X1), Pengaruh Kurikulum (X2), Pengaruh Kualitas Dosen (X3), Pengaruh Penggunaan Teknologi Digital (X4), Pengaruh Lingkungan Akademik (X5) berpengaruh kuat di dalam praktek terhadap Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa (Y) Program Studi Sarjana Pendidikan Agama Kristen Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Kristen Indonesia Jakarta dengan menggunakan Pengaruh Ekosistem Pendidikan, Pengaruh Kurikulum, Pengaruh Kualitas Dosen, Pengaruh Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi Digital dan Pengaruh Lingkungan Akademik sebagai variabel moderasi serta variabel mediasi di dalam melakukan Uji Statistika. Di dalam penerapan pengaruh Ekosistem Pendidikan Agama Kristen, pengaruh Kurikulum, pengaruh Kualitas Dosen, pengaruh Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi Digital, pengaruh Lingkungan Akademik terhadap Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa berdasarkan hasil nilai Adjusted R-Square masing-masing bernilai 64,7% untuk Ekosistem Pendidikan Agama Kristen, Kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Kristen 61,4%, Kualitas Dosen Pendidikan Agama Kristen 48,1%, Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi Digital 73%, Lingkungan Akademik 68,7%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Ekosistem Pendidikan, Kurikulum, Kualitas Dosen, Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi Digital, dan Lingkungan Akademik mampu dan berpengaruh kuat terhadap Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa Program Studi Sarjana Pendidikan Agama Kristen Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Kristen Indonesia Jakarta untuk mencapai prestasi akademik terbaik mereka./ This study uses Quantitative Methods to analyze the extent of the Influence of the Christian Education Ecosystem, the Influence of Curriculum, the Influence of Lecturer Quality, the Influence of the Use of Digital Information Technology and the Influence of the Academic Environment on the Learning Achievement of Students of the Christian Education Undergraduate Study Program Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Christian University of Indonesia Jakarta. In this study, a sample of 35 respondents of students of the Bachelor of Christian Education Undergraduate Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Christian University of Indonesia Jakarta, was sampled and took and processed data and quantitative data analysis through Google Forms questionnaires to explore information in more depth to several resource persons determined by purposive sampling and then conducted analysis and interpretation. In analyzing the results of this study, the author uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), and Hypothesis Test using IBM Statistical Package for Social Studies (SPSS) 26 to facilitate data processing in solving problems in this study. The results of this study show that the Influence of the Education Ecosystem (X1), the Influence of Curriculum (X2), the Influence of Lecturer Quality (X3), the Influence of the Use of Digital Information Technology (X4), the Influence of Academic Environment (X5) have strong effect in practice on Student Learning Achievement (Y)of the Christian Education Undergraduate Study Program by using theInfluence of Education Ecosystem, the Influence of Curriculum, the Influence ofLecturers Quality, the Influence of the Use of Digital Information Technology, theInfluence of Academic Environment and the conducting Statistical Tests. In theapplication of the Influence of the Christian Education Ecosystem, Curriculum,Lecturer Quality, Use of Digital Information Technology, and AcademicEnvironment on Student Learning Achievement based on the results of Adjusted R-Square scores, each value is Christian Education Ecosystem 64.7%, ChristianEducation Curriculum 61.4%, Quality of Christian Education Lecturers 48,1%, Useof Digital Information Technology 73%, and Academic Environment 68.7%. It canbe concluded that the variables of the Christian Education Ecosystem, Curriculum Quality of Lecturers, Use of Digital Information Technology, and Academic Environment, through these variables capable and have strong influence on the Learning Achievement of Students of the Christian Education Undergraduate Study Program Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Christian University of Indonesia Jakarta in order to achieve their best academic achievements.
