Abstract

In detail, BAPPEBTI's duties are to issue business licenses, issue regulations and rules, carry out inspections of permit owners and parties suspected of carrying out violations, oversee promotional activities so that misleading advertisements do not occur, facilitate settlement of cases related to futures trading, and receive reports from consumers when experiencing problems with brokers who are trading partners. The purpose of this study is to describe business processes, calculate the amount of risk, and establish policies (mitigation) for futures broker licenses in carrying out compliance with BAPPEBTI. This research method is quantitative research using research questionnaire instruments. The results of this study include KTD obtained including, a) Representatives of brokers who did not pass the Fit & Propertest BAPPEBTI; b) Unqualified Initial Capital; c) Not carrying out the obligation to submit financial statements in accordance with the provisions. Mitigation actions taken to overcome the problematic KTD with mitigation actions include, a) Giving warnings to futures brokerage companies carrying out minor violations; b) Provide counseling about the rules - the rules on futures brokerage companies by BAPPEBTI; c) Carry out license revocation on futures brokerage companies that carry out serious violations.
