Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik dan kompetensi terhadap turnover intention karyawan di PT. Hexing Technology. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 50 responden melalui kuesioner yang diolah menggunakan program SPSS versi 30. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja non fisik memiliki pengaruh negatif, namun tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Sementara itu, kompetensi memiliki pengaruh positif yang juga tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Secara simultan, kedua variabel ini tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dengan nilai kontribusi sebesar 1,3%, sedangkan 98,7% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa lingkungan kerja non fisik dan kompetensi bukan merupakan faktor utama penyebab turnover intention karyawan di PT. Hexing Technology. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan disarankan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi faktor lain, seperti kebijakan kompensasi, peluang pengembangan karier, dan kepuasan kerja, untuk mengurangi turnover intention. Penelitian ini juga memberikan peluang bagi studi selanjutnya untuk memperluas lingkup penelitian dan mempertimbangkan variabel tambahan yang lebih relevan. Kata kunci: Lingkungan kerja non fisik, kompetensi, turnover intention karyawan. / This study aims to analyze the effect of non-physical work environment and competence on employee turnover intention at PT Hexing Technology. Using quantitative research methods, data was collected from 50 respondents through questionnaires processed using the SPSS version 30 program. The results of the analysis show that the non-physical work environment variable has a negative, but insignificant effect on turnover intention. Meanwhile, competence has a positive influence that is also insignificant on turnover intention. Simultaneously, these two variables do not have a significant influence on turnover intention, with a contribution value of 1.3%, while the remaining 98.7% is influenced by other factors not examined. This study concludes that the non-physical work environment and competence are not the main factors causing employee turnover intention at PT Hexing Technology. Therefore, companies are advised to identify and evaluate other factors, such as compensation policies, career development opportunities, and job satisfaction, to reduce turnover intention. This research also provides opportunities for future studies to expand the scope of research and consider additional variables that are more relevant.
