Abstract
Carukh Waibro. Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Fasilitas Kantor Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kab. Boven Digoel – Papua Selatan Kinerja pegawai adalah hasil kerja pegawai secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapai oleh seorang pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan padanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan tujuan bisa melihat pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Fasilitas Kantor terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kab. Boven Digoel. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yakni seluruh pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kab. Boven Digoel yakni sebanyak 36 pegawai. Metode pengumpulan data memakai angket (kuisoner). Metode yang dipakai dalam mengkaji data yaitu dengan metode analisa regresi berganda. Hasil pada tingkat signifikan untuk variabel Motivasi Kerja (X1) se-besar 0,0 < 0,05 berarti signifikan, sementara nilai t – tabel 2,034 t – hitung > t – tabel (14,363 > 2,034), berarti variabel Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kab. Boven Digoel. Hasil penelitian pada variabel Fasilitas Kantor (X2) dengan Tingkatan signifikan se-besar 0,108 < 0,05, yang berarti signifikan dan nilai t-tabel yaitu 2,034 t – hitung > t-tabel (1,653 < 2,034) berarti Fasilitas Kantor berpengaruh signifikan namun berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Badan kepegawaian Daerah Kab. Boven Digoel. Diketahui uji simultan dengan nilai f – hitung 195.901 sementara nilai f-tabel 3,29 sehingga f – hitung > f – tabel (195.901 > 3,29) dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,0 < 0,05 oleh karena itu Motivasi Kerja dan Fasilitas Kantor dengan cara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Nilai Koefisiensi Determinasi adjusted R2 sebanyak 92,2% yang berarti Kinerja Pegawai dan Fasilitas Pegawai dan sisanya sebanyak 7,8% yakni pengaruh variabel tambahan yang tidak diselidiki didalam penelitian ini. Akhir penelitian ini menunjukan untuk meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai dalam organisasi, organisasi harus memperhatikan Motivasi Kerja dan Fasilitas Kantor agar Kinerja Pegawai meningkatkan khususnya di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kab. Boven Digoel untuk Kedepannya. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Fasilitas Kantor, Kinerja Pegawai / Carukh Waibro. The Influence of Work Motivation and Office Facilities on Employee Performance at the District Civil Service Agency Boven Digoel, South Papua Employee performance is the result of employee work in terms of quality and quantity achieved by an individual employee in carry out his task in accordance with not quite enough answer Which given to him. The method used to examine the data is the multiple regression analysis method. The results at the significant level for the Work Motivation variable (X1) are 0.0 < 0.05, meaning it is significant, while the t - table value is 2.034 t - count > t - table (14.363 > 2.034), meaning the Work Motivation variable has a positive effect and significant impact on employee performance at the District Regional Personnel Agency. Boven Digoel. The research results on the Office Facilities variable (X2) with a significant level of 0.108 < 0.05, which means it is significant and the t-table value is 2.034 t - count > t-table (1.653 < 2.034) means that Office Facilities have a significant but influential effect positive impact on the performance of district civil service agency employees. It is known that the simultaneous test has an f - calculated value of 195,901 while the f-table value is 3.29 so that f - calculated > f - table (195,901 > 3.29) and a significant value of 0.0 < 0.05 therefore Work Motivation and Facilities The office simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The adjusted R2 Coefficient of Determination value is 92.2%, which means Employee Performance and Employee Facilities and the remainder is 7.8%, namely the influence of additional variables not investigated in this research. The end of this research shows that to improve employee performance in organizations, organizations must pay attention to work motivation and office facilities so that employee performance improves, especially in the District Regional Civil Service Agency.
