Abstract
Ketika orang merasa bahagia serta terpenuhi dalam pekerjaan mereka, mereka cenderung memberikan yang terbaik dalam pekerjaannya. Keadaan emosional positif ini dikenal sebagai kepuasan kerja. Untuk memotivasi pegawai agar bekerja dengan maksimal, penting untuk menciptakan apa yang disebut sebagai"Lingkungan Kerja Fisik" yang aman serta tertata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengidentifikasi aspek-aspek yang memengaruhi kinerja pegawai di Biro Sumber Daya Manusia Badan Kependudukan serta Keluarga Berencana Nasional, termasuk kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja fisik, dan pengaruh gabungan keduanya. Dalam penelitian ini, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh, yaitu seluruh populasi, untuk mengevaluasi 44 pegawai Biro Sumber Daya Manusia Badan Kependudukan serta Keluarga Berencana Nasional. Studi deskriptif kuantitatif ini menggunakan SPSS versi 26 untuk melakukan uji-t serta uji-F, dan menguji validitas serta reliabilitas item untuk setiap variabel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi berganda yang menunjukkan nilai uji-t sebanyak 7,719 > 2,020 serta nilai signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berdampak pada kinerja pegawai di Biro Sumber Daya Manusia Badan Kependudukan serta Keluarga Berencana Nasional. Kinerja pegawai di Biro Sumber Daya Manusia Badan Kependudukan serta Keluarga Berencana Nasional dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja fisik, menurut analisis regresi berganda dengan nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0,05 serta nilai uji-t lebih besar dari 2,020. Biro Sumber Daya Manusia Badan Kependudukan serta Keluarga Berencana Nasional menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menentukan pengaruh kepuasan kerja serta lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan nilai uji-F sebanyak 84,624 > 3,23 serta tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Perhitungan ini mengarah pada kesimpulan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja serta lingkungan kerja fisik memengaruhi kinerja pegawai di Biro Sumber Daya Manusia Badan Kependudukan serta Keluarga Berencana Nasional. This positive emotional state is known as job satisfaction. In order to motivate workers to do their best work, it's important to create what is known as a "Physical Work Environment" that is both safe and tidy. The goal of this study is to identify the factors that influence employee performance at the Human Resources Bureau of the National Population and Family Planning Agency, including job satisfaction, the physical work environment, and the combined effects of the two. In this study, the data was collected via a questionnaire. This research utilised a saturated sample, which is the total population, to evaluate the 44 employees of the Human Resources Bureau of the National Population and Family Planning Agency. This quantitative descriptive study used SPSS version 26 to conduct t-tests and F-tests, and it also tested the items' validity and reliability for each variable. Based on multiple regression analysis results showing a t-test value of 7.719 > 2.020 and a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, this study concludes that job satisfaction impacts employee performance at the National Population and Family Planning Agency's Human Resources Bureau. Employee performance at the Human Resources Bureau of the National Population and Family Planning Agency is affected by the physical work environment, according to multiple regression analysis. The significance value is less than 0.05 and the t-test value is greater than 2.020. The Human Resources Bureau of the National Population and Family Planning Agency employed multiple linear regression analysis to ascertain the impact of job satisfaction and the physical work environment on employee performance, with an F-test value of 84.624 > 3.23 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. These computations lead us to believe that job satisfaction and physical work environment variables impact employee performance at the National Population and Family Planning Agency's Human Resources Bureau.
