Abstract
Bullying di lingkungan sekolah merupakan permasalahan serius yang berdampak negatif terhadap perkembangan semakin psikologis, sosial, dan akademik siswa. Bullying dapat berbentuk kekerasan fisik, verbal, maupun sosial yang sering kali terjadi tanpa disadari atau diabaikan oleh pihak sekolah. Kurangnya pemahaman tentang dampak bullying menyebabkan kasus-kasus ini tidak ditangani dengan baik, sehingga korban mengalami trauma berkepanjangan. Selain itu, pelaku bullying sering kali tidak mendapatkan sanksi yang tegas, yang berpotensi membuat perilaku ini terus berulang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan empiris. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, kuisioner, dan wawancara langsung di lingkungan sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun regulasi tentang perlindungan anak telah ada, implementasinya masih lemah akibat minimnya sosialisasi, pengawasan, dan penegakan hukum. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan langkah konkret dari berbagai pihak, terutama sekolah, orang tua, dan pemerintah, untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan bebas dari bullying. Sekolah harus menerapkan kebijakan anti bullying yang efektif serta memberikan edukasi kepada siswa mengenai dampak negatif bullying. Dengan upaya yang terintegrasi, diharapkan bullying di sekolah dapat diminimalisir, sehingga siswa dapat belajar dalam lingkungan yang aman dan kondusif. / Bullying in the school environment is a serious problem that negatively impacts students' psychological, social and academic development. Bullying can take the form of physical, verbal or social violence that often goes unnoticed or ignored by school authorities. Lack of understanding of the impact of bullying leads to these cases not being handled properly, resulting in victims experiencing prolonged trauma. In addition, bullying perpetrators often do not receive strict sanctions, which has the potential to make this behavior recur. This research uses a quantitative method with an empirical approach. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and direct interviews in the school environment. The results showed that although regulations on child protection already exist, their implementation is still weak due to the lack of socialization, supervision, and law enforcement. Therefore, concrete steps are needed from various parties, especially schools, parents and the government, to create a safe and bullying-free learning environment. Schools must implement effective anti-bullying policies and educate students about the negative impacts of bullying. With integrated efforts, it is hoped that bullying in schools can be minimized, so that students can learn in a safe and conducive environment.
