Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam peningkatan kompetensi profesioanl Guru PAK Kabupaten Muaro Jambi dalam Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa guru PAK SD Kabupaten Muaro Jambi masih sangat sedikit yang tersentuh dalam proses peningkatan kompetensi profesionalnya dalam mengimpletasikan kurikulum apalagi Kurikulum Merdeka yang baru diluncurkan. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa pemberdayaan KKG PAK Kabupaten Muaro Jambi serta pelaksanaan yang sesuai ketentuan yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi KKG dapat meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru PAK Kabupaten Muaro Jambi dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka. Katakunci: kurikulum merdeka, KKG PAK, kompetensi profesional guru / This study aims to describe the implementation of the Christian religious education teacher working group (KKG) in improving the professional competence of PAK teachers in Muaro Jambi Regency in the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. From the results of the study, it was found that very few PAK SD teachers in Muaro Jambi Regency were touched in the process of increasing their professional competence in implementing the curriculum, especially the newly launched Independent Curriculum. The results of the study stated that the empowerment of the PAK KKG in Muaro Jambi Regency and the implementation in accordance with the provisions, namely planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the KKG could improve the professional competence of PAK teachers in Muaro Jambi Regency in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum.
