Abstract

ABSTRAK Natan Wijaya 2024. Hubungan Disiplin Kerja serta Pelatihan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai: Studi Kasus Pada Pegawai PT Sari Manda. Skripsi, Program Studi Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi serta Manajemen, Pembimbing Materi, Christina N. Sihombing.,SE.,MM. serta Pembimbing Metode serta Alat, Carolina F.Sembiring, SE., MM. Riset berikut ini punya tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh disiplin kerja serta pelatihan kerja PT Sari Manda terhadap produktivitas pekerja. 35 peserta yang jadi sampel riset berikut ini semuanya bekerja di PT Sari Manda. Penghimpunan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Disiplin tempat bekerja, pelatihan di tempat bekerja, serta kinerja ialah aspek-aspek yang diteliti dalam riset berikut ini. Analisa korelasi berganda serta analisa korelasi peringkat sperma ialah metode statistik yang bisa dipergunakan untuk menguji hipotesa tersebut. Koefisien korelasi sebanyak 0,624 menampilkan adanya hubungan positif yang kuat serta signifikan, dengan nilai 0,000 < 0,05 menampilkan bahwasanya disiplin kerja serta kinerja pegawai memiliki hubungan yang kuat menurut hasil riset. Dengan koefisien korelasi sebanyak 0,791 menampilkan hubungan positif yang kuat serta signifikan dengan nilai 0,000 < 0,05 maka jelas bahwasanya pelatihan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dengan nilai korelasi berganda Pearson Product Moment sebanyak 0,8214 terlihat jelas bahwasanya disiplin kerja serta pelatihan kerja punya pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. / ABSTRACT Natan Wijaya 2024. The Relationship between Work Discipline and Job Training on Employee Performance: A Case Study on PT Sari Manda Employees. Thesis, Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Management, Thesis Advisor (Content), Christina N. Sihombing, SE., MM., and Methodology and Tools Advisor, Carolina F. Sembiring, SE., MM. This study aims to examine the impact of PT Sari Manda's work discipline and job training on worker productivity. The 35 participants who made up the sample for this research were all employed by PT Sari Manda. The data was collected using a questionnaire. Workplace discipline, on-the-job training, and performance are the factors that are being studied in this study. Multiple correlation analysis and sperm rank correlation analysis are statistical methods that can be used to test this hypothesis. The correlation coefficient of 0.624 indicates a strong and significant positive relationship, with a value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that work discipline and employee performance are strongly related according to the research results. With a correlation coefficient of 0.791, indicating a strong and significant positive relationship with a value of 0.000 < 0.05, it is clear that job training has a substantial impact on employee performance. With a Pearson Product Moment multiple correlation value of 0.8214, it is clear that working discipline and job training significantly impact employee performance.
