Abstract

Pendahuluan: Demam Tifoid merupakan penyakit pada saluran pencernaan yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Sallmonella Typhi. Penyakit ini banyak terjadi pada anak usia tahap pra sekolah (3-6 tahun). Terapi bermain mewarnai merupakan salah tindakan non farmakologi untuk mengatasi masalah ansietas akibat dampak hospitalisasi pada anak demam tifoid. Tujuan: Melakukan asuhan keperawatan pada anak Demam Tifoid dengan masalah ansietas dengan penerapan terapi bermain mewarnai. Metode: Studi kasus deskriptif dengan pendekatan proses keperawatan melalui metode wawancara,observasi, dan pemeriksaan fisik. Studi kasus ini dilakukan pada dua pasien dengan diagnosa medis yang sama yaitu Demam Tifoid dan masalah keperawatan ansietas. Hasil: Hasil studi kasus menujukkan masalah keperawatan ansietas pada pasien pertama dan kedua teratasi pada hari ketiga perawatan. Terapi bermain mewarnai mampu menurunkan kecemasan pada anak usia pra sekolah dari tingkat kecemasan sedang dengan skor FIS 4 menjadi kecemasan ringan pada hari ketiga perawatan dengan skor FIS 1 pada pasien 1 dan skor FIS 2 pada pasien kedua. Kesimpulan:Penerapan terapi bermain mewarnai merupakan metode yang efektif untuk mengatasi ansietas pada anak usia pra sekolah dengan memperhatikan tanda-tanda vital, tanda-tanda ansietas, hasil tes uji widal dan hasil pemeriksaan laboratorium. Kata kunci : Terapi Bermain Mewarnai, Ansietas pada anak pra sekolah, Hospitalisasi, Demam Tifoid pada anak usia pra sekolah, Face Image Scale. / Introduction: Typhoid fever is a disease of the gastrointestinal tract caused by the bacterium Sallmonella Typhi. This disease occurs mostly in children of pre-school age(3-6 years). Coloring play therapy is one of the non-pharmacological measures to overcome the problem of anxiety due to the impact of hospitalization in children with typhoid fever. Objective: Carrying out nursing care for children with Typhoid Fever with the problem of anxiety with the application of coloring play therapy. Method: Descriptive case study with a nursing process approach through interview, observation, and physical examination methods. This case study was conducted on two patients with the same medical diagnosis of Typhoid Fever and the nursing problem of anxiety. Results: The results of the case study showed that the nursing problem of anxiety in the first and second patients was resolved on the third day of treatment. Coloring play therapy is able to reduce anxiety in pre-school children from moderate anxiety levels with a FIS score of 4 to mild anxiety on the third day of treatment with a FIS score of 1 in patient 1 and a FIS score of 2 in the second patient. Conclusion: The application of coloring play therapy is an effective method to overcome anxiety in pre-school children by paying attention to vital signs, signs of anxiety, widal test results and laboratory examination results.
